ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਦੁੱਖ ਭਰੀ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਪਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਘੱਟ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਮਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣੇ । ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਥੋੜੀ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਹੈ । ਇਹੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਪੇਂਜਟਿਵ ਟਾਕ ਸੋਅ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਡੈਡੀ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਇਵੇਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਚੋਂ ਲੰਘੀ। 8-9 ਸਾਲ ਡਿਪਰੈਸ਼ਨ ਰਿਹਾ। 2020 ਚ ਮੈਲਬਰਨ ਮੈਰਾਥਨ ਚ 10ਕਿ਼ ਮੀ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਲਗਾਈ। ਬੱਸ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਿਪਰੈਸ਼ਨ ਨੇੜੇ ਨੀ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਬੱਚਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 21km ਤਿਆਰੀ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
