Curious to know if you also installed some form of heating? To still be able to charge the batteries during very cold (and sunny) weather. For myself I have to decide to install heating. The installation is outside the house and in winter it can be very cold (Hungary). Two options. Disable charging during cold temperatures or install heating. Not sure yet.

Hi Rob. Concrete walls are 18cm thick, so temperature is pretty stable. I live in north Belgium we have very few days of temp below minus 10. During these short/cold days I prefere not to use the system. If temp goes below 2degr...charging is halted. In short no heating foreseen.

Franky nice video as usual, BUT the links for the victron inverter do not work they just show either the cerbo or the shunt/charge controller nothing for the inverter ??

Hey Franky, wil jij eens een voordracht geven over jou installatie ? Ik zoek nog een aantal speakers op een event dat ik wil organiseren rond zelf bouw. En aangezien je al redelijk wat ervaring hebt met bouwen.

Isn't Victron equipment wonderful? Never have to worry if it will work. Tried others and just gave up on them. Victron has just worked as it should since install 11 months ago.

I agree, you pay a premium price but it works out of the box, no hassle.
