Hey Vijo...I have been regularly working out past 6 yrs..so far I couldn't succeed in pull ups.. couple of times I did focused training to do pull ups.... everything works perfectly fine negative pull ups .. assisted pull up s with band etc but couldn't succeed in doing a pull up with zero assistance..Is there any limitations for female s to achieve their first pull up or they need any different kind of training.. what's your training experience on this?

ഞൻ ഒരു 15 പുൾ അപ് എടുക്കുമ്.. 15 Set വെച്ച് 4 പ്രവിശ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്..അങ്ങനെ ഒരു 60 എണ്ണം അടിയ്ക്കുമ്.. കുടുതൽ അടിച്ചൽ പുറം പൊളിഞ്ഞ് വേദന എടുക്കുമ്.. ചില ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 40 മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യത്തോളു........
