For a child to be mo l e s t ed by their sibling there are many levels of parental neglect and failure. For all we know, the abused is now the abuser. Then she’s begging for luxuries like a “cart”. If she cant afford it, she doesn’t need it. Mom’s priorities were off as well. I hope the authorities quickly find Seraya so she can be placed with safe, competent adults because no one in her family is. A 2 year old displaying signs of s / a and nobody went to the police.

This is such a sad situation. That baby girl is definitely missing & crying for her mother & can't understand what is happening. This is also not as unheard of as thought. I've known 2 women who went thru this same situation. The father's took the child, left the country, & had family & friends, here in USA & abroad that supported them, just like in this case & that is what allows them to be successful in evading the return of this child. That's the part that threw me off bc the little girls grandma on moms side did say the mom was SAed by her half brother as a child ..I thinks it's weird both sides say they noticed signs of SA but the moms side does have a man she herself said SAed her ...and dad was trying to go through the courts for full custody...which is always a roll of the dice . Then moms family calls cps and blames the father for the SA ..after his own family said something about it first...I don't know ....running wasn't a good plan at all but after listening to this I truly wonder if he actually felt like it was the only way to protect his daughter.

Did you actually listen what the grandma said? She said she had reported it, when the baby came back from it's father. She seems very vigilant on SA after what happend to her own daughter and informed to cps, who are the right people to find out, what is the problem. It should be easy to check the reports to cps, don't you think? So, if she is lying it's easy to find it out. We wouldn't be here, if the fathers family would have done the same thing and reported to cps. They only talked about it after kidnapping. So if there is a cps report that is later than grandma did. Don't you think that cps might have contacted the father to ask questions, and they panicked, and are now trying to mislead us by blaming the other side and using what happend to mother as a weapon. That sounds quite likely scenario here. It doesn't mean father actually SA the child, because he is young and his brain is not yet an adult brain, and he could just be afraid of loosing the baby.

Parents need to learn to get along for the child's sake. Stop using the child as a pawn to get what you want or to justify the horrible things you do. Taking a child from their mother/father is so detrimental to the child. Saying mean things to a child about the other parent is detrimental to the child. Seraya will grow up and hate both of you. If you truly, truly love them, do right by them. Bring her back. Seraya needs her mother in her life not your future barbie doll wife. She can never replace Seraya's mom. If Nadia wants a child, then she needs to birth one herself. She had no right helping to take a child from it's mother. That's kidnapping. The parents of Aaron need to stop babying him. They need to help in finding the child instead of helping to take her. They also should be charged for aiding and abetting and also Spoliation of evidence. The daycare called me and did a welfare check on him. I got my son back and that daycare saved my ex’s life. The truth will always surface.
