Open up your carpal tunnel on both hands with week 5 of my 5 Minute Follow Along Movement Series! In this video, we'll work on carpal tunnel stretches and median nerve glides to decrease numbness and tingling associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.
Best of all no equipment is needed. Plus you can do these at home or in the office daily to prevent finger numbness and tingling.
Every Friday I'll be uploading a variety of quick finger, wrist, and arm exercises you can do just about anywhere with little to no equipment.

These are wonderful! I will be doing them! My right hand is worse than my left, because I had my left one done while having surgery on a broken wrist in 2013, but I never got back to do the right one.

I had bilateral CTS and had CTR surgeries in March and May. It was a three and five month wait respectively after symptom onset and now I have tight hand in the morning with tennis elbow and shoulder pain. Will this go away? I'm going to try these but my physical therapist didn't even give me these exercises

Just discovered your channel trying to narrow down what's wrong with my finger after years of no solution or diagnosis and finally found that i most likely have Bouchard's nodes. i was wondering if you could make a video about this and it's treatment options and or consequences from lack of action. Hi Michelle, I hope this message finds you well. I am a 52-year-old individual from Pakistan. On February 20, 2024, I experienced a fall, and a week later, my left hand became swollen. Currently, I am under the care of an orthopedic surgeon. Although there are no fractures, the movements of my hand are still restricted. I began taking antibiotics as prescribed by my doctor on July 4, 2024. While the swelling has reduced, it persists near the wrist. I am uncertain whether this is due to a viral or bacterial infection, and I am concerned about whether my hand will fully recover with the antibiotics. Could you please advise me on this matter?

Completely unrelated well sorta Can you retrain the curl of a finger? One of my pinky fingers keeps stabbing the finger next to it when I lift weights. Really annoying, completely fine over wise looks normal with extended fingers.
