Thanks so much Jules for all that you do. These short videos are one of the ways I"ve been able to maintain my 100+ weight loss. You were one of the first people I found that I was able to workout with even at my heaviest weight and I pray you continue to help others. This was a great quick workout to start my workday!

I added this on after completing one of your 30-ish minute workouts because I'm trying to push myself to do a little bit extra every day...30 minutes is my minimum but ideally I go for 40-60 minutes a day. You have lots of videos I can combine to get me there. Thank you!

This was perfect for a day when I've felt sluggish. I can mix and match short videos to go a little longer. It feels so good, and I can definitely feel myself getting gradually stronger without injuring myself! Thank you so much, Jules!

I love your videos so much. I have been getting over a hospital visit around thanksgiving. I saw this and I just may take a crack at it. Even if I do it in a chair it will be a start. Getting back into it is the worst. I love the 15 second switches. Thank you for all you do for us. ❤

I would love to see a seated 500 step and 1,000 step seated workout video this year also. That would help immensely when I need to get extra steps but my joint pain won't allow me to do it.

Hi, I’m new here. Love the chair exercises. I’m looking for bed and wall exercises, I also have a hallway and doorways accessible. I would like to use these as props as well. It would be nice to expand on these with a few shorts and or playlists.

Thank you for letting me know that you’re new here. Welcome to my channel! I don’t have bed or wall exercises but I have lots of gentle level standing workouts using a chair for support. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel. Lastly, I upload all of the workouts from both channels to my website at www.improvedhealthforseniors.com I hope that helps and I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.

I'm sorry to read you're currently sick. Hopefully you'll be back to feeling better soon. I have lots of seated workouts that might be a good way to get back into working out. They're also great for getting in some gentle movement which feels good when you don't have the energy to do more. You can try it and see how it feels. I would only use light ones, though as heavier ones can be hard on the joints.

Some people love the 15 sec changes, but I do hear from others that they prefer the longer 30 sec moves. Thanks for letting me know these shorter changes don't work well. Feedback like yours definitely helps. Thank you!

I did this one after work (around 11:30pm). 🫣 and I was struggling with the movements in the middle. Not because I was tired but because I was a little confused on how to do it. The music helped not give up and go to bed, though!

11:30 pm! Wow, you are definitely dedicated. That is impressive, Elena! If you ever find a move complicated, focus on the leg movements first, and then add in the arms (or simplify a move by just doing one of the arm movements instead of two). I have a lot of people who have followed me for years so I try to change up the moves to keep things more interesting:)
