Thank you for letting me know that you’re new here. Welcome to my channel! I don’t have bed or wall exercises but I have lots of gentle level standing workouts using a chair for support. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I also started a second channel dedicated to chair workouts and will add the link for you here: youtube.com/@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts I now upload all new seated workouts to the new channel. I did this one after work (around 11:30pm). 🫣 and I was struggling with the movements in the middle. Not because I was tired but because I was a little confused on how to do it. The music helped not give up and go to bed, though!

11:30 pm! Wow, you are definitely dedicated. That is impressive, Elena! If you ever find a move complicated, focus on the leg movements first, and then add in the arms (or simplify a move by just doing one of the arm movements instead of two). I have a lot of people who have followed me for years so I try to change up the moves to keep things more interesting:)
