I have had my left hip joint replaced 3 times over a 30 year period. Last time required a lot of bone grafts and my stepping is now different on that side. I will try these exercises on both sides to get more equal stepping.

@SKILLSANDWELLNESS got hit by a car and then had a stroke 😔real bummer but I believe I will walk healthy and normal again. Right now I walk stiff and kinda slow 🐌
