This is a super fun workout! It's easy and beautifully, effectively sequenced. I instantly feel my body fully energized and oxygenated! Just managed to do this one. Currently awaiting X-ray on Thursday for suspected osteoarthritis in my left hip. Struggled with lifting my left leg, but did as far as I could comfortably manage, but did the whole 20 minutes. Thank you at least was able to keep moving 👍

Good morning Lucy hope you are well. I'm currently doing the menopause challenge so will add this one to my schedule 😊😊. Btw I am really enjoying the menopause walk/running audio work out. Although I really don't enjoy running, the fact that it's broken up with intervals of walking is like heaven 😂😂. But the post run high is undeniable and helps clear my brain fog ahead of my working day. Being only 16 mins makes it perfect to fit in to my day. I still can't believe I'm running well I use that term in its loose sense 😂😂😂. Thank YOU so much for everything. ❤

Loving your workouts for the past 2 weeks. Trying a different one every day. Love the timer bar on the left of the screen. Please stop saying "ok that's good" in the middle of the timer. If I'm not watching the screen, it makes me think we're done with that exercise.
