Meditation and metacognition help them to be a smart, loving, and humble person because the part of practicing meditation, metacognition, and breath techniques is also practicing self-love, empathy, and gratitude and analyzing less, practicing nonjudgment, and learning brain-heart coherence. Analyzing can be ok. But if you analyze too often what you will eat during day, or when you should exercise, it lowers the energy of your body and you feel unnecessary stress. The less you analyze the more energy you feel and the more happy you feel. As some say self-love isnt the same as self-pleasure. Self-love is a long-term feeling and self-pleasure is a short-term feeling. Self-pleasure is more about materialism. Self-love is more about energy, and peaceful mind, getting the nutrients for the body, or learning useful skills, feeling happy and healthy, not analyzing, because analyzis is never 100 percent accurate. You may analyze you calories, you may analyze your friends behavior, yet you never know 100 percent everything but your heart knows because heart isnt based on logical thinking. Therefore heart and love makes you much more easiely start new adventures.

I've seen it time and time again. Men consistently choose emotionally unstable women to get involved with. A crowning signal is having been in and out of therapy, starting at around 12 years of age. Another sure fire signal is suffering from depression. They are likely, at some point, going to try to commit suicide, and they more than likely, will take you with them. These are women who pursue, manipulate situations by lying on other women. They tend to be so insecure that they are catty, and take cheap shots at other women they deem to be their competitions, , and will, by and large, do whatever it takes to get your attention, up to and including thirst photos. By that I mean sexually revealing pics. They are a dangerous, pathetic group of women. Be careful.

My birth mother died when i was a few months old ( so there goes that logic ), and my stepmother ( another woman believe it or not ), was of no help at all with anything that i needed i can tell you that . Also , my dad turned out to be a mushy coward around her who i vowed since childhood never to be like and thankfully i stuck with that promise to myself since i was a kid . However, i have a brain and common sense so i hardly need another women bitching at me anyway . She would corner me and ask questions like "What would you say.. are the biggest things that I bring to this relationship?" or "What is it about me that makes me so much better for you than other women?". Didn't matter that I had answered these same questions before, she liked to keep bringing them up and alwasy wanted new answers. Sometimes I would try to change the topic to one of my interests. She would quickly wave it off and return the topic to "The Relationship". Second, she had unrealistic expectations of me, sometimes completely insignificant things were held to unrealistic standards. Example: One night I got off work and called her as I was walking to my truck. (as she expected me to do) She asked if I wanted to come over. I said that I would like that, but needed to stop by my house and change clothes. She said "When can I expect you?" I said "Well, it's 7:15 now... 10 minutes to home, 10 to clean up and change, then 10 to you place... how about 7:45?" She said that sounded great and we hung up. I got home and one of my pets had gotten into the trash, making a big mess. I cleaned it up and then changed clothes. Noticing it was 7:40, I thought I should call and let her know what happened and why I was going to be a few minutes later than I had anticipated. She sounded a little disappointed and said "Well, when do you think you'll be here then?" I said it would be about 7:50 or so. Well, I got there at 7:48 according to my watch. (I caught all green lights!). When she opened the door I greeted her and went to give her a hug. She stiffened, so I asked what was wrong. She replied "Come in, we need to talk." That is never good in my experience, so once again I asked what the problem was. Rather than answering, she told me that we should go sit in the dining room. Once we walked in I, again asked what was going on. My mind was racing. Is she breaking up with me? Does she have cancer?.. what?!? She said "Why don't you have a seat first. I sat and said "Just tell me! You're kinda freaking me out!" There was a LONG pause as she gathered her thoughts, then "Wheeennn you tell me you are going to arrive at my place at a certain time.... and then you don't show up at that time...... it makes me feel like you don't value me.. that you don't take my feelings into consideration... that you don't love me.." I quickly said "THAT is exactly why I called... to let you know I would be a few minutes later than I had said,.. so you didn't wonder where I was. I was only 4 minutes later than I had originally expected!" She countered with "Oh, don't get me wrong. I appreciate that you called, but the fact still remains... you were late." And that was just an off-the-top-of-my-head example. There were SO many others. She had once told me that I needed to "police myself" so that I could think ahead as to how anything I said or did would affect her. It was exhausting! OK, I've rambled on too long. I'll stop there, but just know there were other High Maintenance issues with her that included her gambling, drinking, and her demon spawn whom she did NOT discipline or control at all, to the point that I avoided going into public with them. I ended up breaking up with her, and she tried to get me back/seduce me on several occasions. I remained firm in my decision though.

But when I turned off the attention, suddenly, she badmouthed me, and basically tried to ruin my life. In fact, I'm still dealing with the hatred and jealousy to this day. Isn't this what most women say about men? That they're all the same and not worth it? Ever consider that you sound just as ridiculous as they do making that statement? As we know women often don't know how to pick decent men (always go for the jerks while complaining they're jerks). Maybe us men could learn how to stop chasing bitchy women and being desperate fools for such types. Also, if you're only chasing 9's and 10's you're dealing mostly with women who spend ALL of their time getting pretty and may have zero personality or respectability. The 9's and 10's you do want exhibit specific personality traits that are easy to pick up on but they are harder to find. Consider the fact that you can't control what women do. But you can control what YOU do. That works for just about everything in life. I'd suggest either learning how your taste in women sucks, or just disengage from them altogether and not complain about it (choose to actually be free).

As a married woman over 50... I agree, this one needs to be taken into context and is not necessarily an automatic red flag. Some of us are introverted have only 1-3 friends at a time... If any, and if we happened to have a friend that we had a falling out with because we realized they did not truly respect us, or some other issue, we may not find another close friend for years. Not every lady is the extroverted "girls night out" or " lunch with the ladies" person.

None of us girls are into gossip, all are empath and despite being féminin and totally aware of our sexuality, my female friends and I are equally happy being covered in mud singing around a campfire. Princess Love.... yeah it's not that I hate women. I don't blame all women for the things that happen to me. I'm not a barfly or somebody that has to have my guys around all the time... not a flirt Etc blah blah blah. I'm just old school and that don't fit today. Today's ladies like to run around with their Pals and have these nights out BS excetera. Hey if you have to be out running around all the time, especially at night away from family or your loved ones, you're not settled. If you need those things more then your husband and family or boyfriend excetera... Then you're not settled. Because I have never seen one relationship work where each one was out running around. And when somebody gets a little freedom they always take it to the extreme eventually. Remember that word eventually. Does this mean it's everyone of course not. I just don't have time for those games. Two marriages in which both of them were running around with their friends and making excuses to do it, ended up with cheaters. They can go hang as far as I'm concerned. I'm not that young anymore so I got no time for games. Games are for people that like to live their lives in extreme and in drama. It's pitiful but I've seen it a lot. So I do my own thing. Pretty attractive guy for my age, people are always asking damn why are you not with someone. I told them I have the most beautiful in my life already... My kids and young granddaughters. There's nothing higher than that for me. You wouldn't believe how many married ladies talk to me. Especially when people find out you're single lol. That tells me they are not that happy in their relationships. The difference is I never step over the line. And I mean never. I'm friend and that's it just like I was during my married years I'm a friend and that's it. Peace to you. It's a shame our world has ended up with all of these Progressive people that actually cannot see they are being regressive. Wishing you the best :-)

I have never known any women to make a genuine apology, without caveats, or without expecting a reciprocal apology in return.
@amasion28824 жыл бұрын
KeepItSimpleStupid : A lot of pop psychology trends emphasize the importance of all individuals accepting responsibility for “their part” in a conflict. In fact, people refusing to accept (at least partial) blame or responsibility are frequently labeled as immature, narcissistic, in denial about themselves, etc. What I see happening is a lot of dysfunctional people do bad things to others and then rationalize the victim’s “partial responsibility” to excuse themselves. A classic example is the stereotypical “party girl” getting very drunk or high and being subsequently raped by one or more men who “don’t really consider themselves rapists” and blame the woman’s irresponsible conduct (provocative clothing or flirting) for their actions. The “party girl” is responsible for not being more security conscious, putting herself in a vulnerable position and high risk situation. But she doesn’t owe her rapists an apology, nor does her behavior and responsibility for her behavior excuse her rapists for raping her. It’s an extreme example, but the same dynamics are being applied to everyday interactions. People believe they’re at least partially justified in wronging or harming others because the others did (or didn’t) do A, B, or C. Another thing I’ve noticed is that very disturbed people tend to magnify ANYTHING done to them, demanding formal apologies or acknowledgement for “offenses” most would consider minor, while minimizing their own much more serious offenses towards others. It can be very intense, especially if the disturbed person is a popular “favorite” in a family, social, or workplace situation.

Here is what you need to do.... 1...drop that radical leftist feminist narrative. It has been destroying women now for 60 years. Not to say feminism is bad. Its not. I agree on womens rights, NOT PRIVILEGES. You can do what you want when you want. But to think you are stronger and better than men as a whole....women are not. If this is your mindset....plan on getting cats. 2...If you have a man in your life, dont smother him....but dont ignore him. You need to put in as much as you get back. Make those meals. Clean your house and self. That means appearing as he wants to see you. You start using your body as a weapon....plan on getting cats. 3...If he has hobbies....let him do it. If you have hobbies....you do it. You are a couple. And as per definition, couple means 2. You are 1, he is another. 4...Communicate needs, wants and desires. No ultimatums. If you start throwing down ultimatums...plan on getting cats. 5...Compromise. If it is gonna be your way or the highway.....plan on getting cats. If this is too tough too remember....men are fairly basic simple creatures. 3 things is all you ever need to remember. Sex, sandwich, silence. Thats what ALL men want. Its not hard to find a man and keep a man if you really want to. You need to drop the crap you have been fed for the last 60 years and you will have it.

I'm reading a lot of male perspectives on here and it seems there is a lot of negative attitudes towards today's western female. You need to understand something. It is not just a female thing. It is a 2020 world thing. The world we live in has stopped suiting what nourishes the human spirit a long time ago. I wont go into specifics of what caused that because its just too long but we are all severely emotionally damaged at different levels. Damaged people breed damaged people and only a few seek help and heal. We are all, male or female, just drudging through life trying to survive while being painfully insecure and self destructive. We forgot how to be. No more manners, no more values, no more morals, greed, selfishness...dating is going to get ten times harder because people are just too messed up now. I am a single 35 year old woman because I can't connect with anyone decent and get judged for it. I dont want to settle for a miserable existence and better off alone but that doesn't meant I dont want to meet a gem one day.
@Juan_SZ4 жыл бұрын
HI Sarah, I agree with you, these apply to both genders. I was in a relationship like this. While I don't hate or judge her nor generalize female gender, I do not understand why even our generation (myself almost 40) also lack the values we grew up with. So sad. Sarah Asdfg Totally agree. Apparently I heard on the radio the stats here in the U.K. for ‘unplanned’ pregnancies is 45%, that’s massive! Couple that with how many marriages today end in divorce & you’ve got a lot of children being raised in single parent households, which isn’t conducive to a good upbringing for said child. There’s so many messed up women (and men) out there these days. It’s a massive problem now.
@jonathanmoore77884 жыл бұрын
Another element is the modern tendency to confuse commitment with some sort of bondage. Young men are so terrified of it that they won't even use the word "dating" anymore - rather, they'll say they're "hanging out" with a woman... Guys - stop hanging out with women and start DATING them. Be clear right off the bat - none of this half-arsed "hanging out" stuff. Women appreciate a level of self-confidence, and that includes a willingness to take risks - in this case, the risk of rejection. Grow some balls and ask her out on a date. A proper date. "Would you care to join me for dinner on Friday night?" goes a lot farther than, "So, you wanna, uh, hang out some time?" Step to her like a MAN. It's harder to do, but the payoff is much greater. Hanging out is what you do with your friends...so if you want to stay out of the dreaded friend zone, date her. Save the hanging out for your guy buddies.

@donestpheurst31484 жыл бұрын
I love when she does eye rolling bro.
@shaughnessyneal94264 жыл бұрын
An eye roll is not unique to humans. It's an evolutionary instinct that says, "If I were afraid of you (if I respected you as a potential foe), then I would need to keep my eyes on you. I'm diverting my ability to sense any putative attacks against me by looking away. Thusly, I'm insulting you by demonstrating that you're beneath my notice." When one rolls one's eyes one's potential foes are beneath one's notice. It's just evopsych. Because an eye-roll, in any species that does so, is a sign of aggression, it's a prompt to the being at which the eyeroll is directed to either attack, or accept the insult unchallenged. The correct response for people with high testosterone (males have 20 times as much as women do) is to respond to an eyeroll from a person of lower threat-worthiness status (a woman or a weak man or child) with greater-than-commensurate responsive aggression, so as to ensure game theoretic compliance to the normative status hierarchy. In other words, the only rational response by males of senior status (and the only rational response by females to lowlier females and children) is deterrent aggression. Just evopsych.

You're right, but remember, we (in the U.S.) just escaped from an administration that wanted to eliminate public schools. That was their objective (esp with Secr of Education DeVos). No desire whatsoever to make education better, au contraire, try and eliminate it. It, for sure, should not be free and paid for by taxpayer (is their position much like with health care). But consider this: In the 7 months after COVID-19 hit in March 2020, America’s 614 billionaires increased their net wealth by nearly $1 trillion dollars. (1) That’s enough money to wipe out hunger in America. (2) Lift 50 million people out of poverty. (3) Vaccinate everyone for COVID-19 for years to come . (4) make education of our youth really beneficial. But instead, that money flooded into the pockets of billionaires in the extreme wealth-hoarding of the ultra rich.
