And they can't insist on regular folks using their title. They are really only referred to their title in an academic setting by their students or colleagues. No one cares that Jill Biden has a PhD in education. Apparently it's one of the easiest phds to achieve that doesn't even require a dissertation. My response to people like the commissioner and my boss is this….. if you feel uncomfortable or insecure with calling another person doctor when they have earned their PhD, then you should go out and get one as well! Put in the work, like we did, and grow up! We worked hard for our degrees!
@CaesarCassius Жыл бұрын
LOL The woke PhDs are not real doctorate degrees, medical MDs are the ones who are accomplished, any moron can get a PhD in Woke Studies, you are proof of that LOL Unless it's a STEM PhD, it does not count or earn you the title of Doctor

Both of them have inflated egos. It would have been proper for him to respect her request but she also could have toned down the patronizing manner with which she speaks to him. What I really can't understand is how this is a fireable offense.
@patrickmurphy37593 жыл бұрын
You don't want to ever try and force somebody to respect you, and definitely not to the point where the person loses their job because from then on no one is going to want to work with you because they are going to be afraid that you are going to leverage that power again and get them fired if they happen to accidentally cross you. When someone slights you simply make note of it and make your plans to not involve that person from then on.

This is the type of disrespectful prejudice and we have in North Carolina, and all states South and Southwest and Midwest, so with no stranger to this.. but it is so shameful.. this woman is a doctor and deserves all the respect of a doctor, as well as a woman with rights to be called out and respected as such.. doctor in or whatever else is respectable to any other human, the full truth of the matter is, until caucasians and any other race that is every other race fail to come to the reality that God made man in his own image male and female create anything, God made man equal and Superior to man which means every man is created equally in the image of God and in the eyes of God, so why can't we respect each other in the eyes of each other as we were creating.. there is no United States.. it does not exist, how many deaths since George Floyd verdict, at least three or more after a verdict was released two days ago that's been four or more black people kill, there is about to be blood in the streets and it's not just going to be black people who are shed in the blood and this is horribly sad for Americans.. but as far as I can see the United States does not exist any longer.. Florida state is putting up against voting against people of color.. you call that the United States what's United about this... We're living in a terrible time.. when it takes retaliation in the set of blood to gain an earn respect of what God originally called for it to be...

What is she a doctor of? Medicine, veterinary, PhD, dental medicine? I'm in the medical field and I've have yet to see a doctor of medicine to feel maligned when addressed as Mr or Mrs. My take on this is that she recognized the man's voice coming from a white man, and that's when she decided to demand that she be called a doctor. And the man on the other end of the line had recognized this.
