What your company is doing for your employees and children is amazing. I wish you more success, seeing the happy faces of everyone who does not have to worry about lunch boxes, which I'm sure is not as good as what you're offering.
Another company's cafeteria please. This one is just wonderful that I want to see more of it.

YUP THIS IS HOW MOST JAPANESE COMPANIES OPERATED, THEY REALLY DO FEED THEIR EMPLOYEES. THERE ARE A LOT OF JAPANESE COMPANIES IN MY COUNTRY IN SOUTH EAST ASIA AND EVEN HERE THEY FEED THEIR EMPLOYEES GOOD FOOD AND A LOT OF THEM. THEY DINT HAVE TO GO BUY FOOD OUTSIDE DURING LUNCH AND THEY CAN EVEN BRING BACK HOME SOME LEFT OVERS. MY COUSIN USED TO WORKS THERE AND SHE SAID...ITS ALL YOU CAN EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL. LOL

Everytime I see a video that is preparing large amounts of food I am absolutely amazed and very thankful that the earth and a lot of hard working farmers are able to produce enough food to feed everyone. It's just amazing to me. I hope everyone, woke, based, broke, rich, poor etc all take a moment to appreciate this fact. I'm afraid there are huge segments of the population who have never had a grateful thought pass through their brains.

It’s amazing they can cover the cost of labor to prepare the food as well as all of those very high-end ingredients for only what equates to about $1.90 US. What a great benefit to keep all the employees happy.
@gingnose358610 ай бұрын
Even cheaper than that bc of USD being stronger. It's around 1.5$!

It is subsidized by the company. They had chefs at my company in the US. It was about $3 for breakfast and $5 for lunch. Company told us it was to keep us all together so we would talk about work through lunch and get more done.

Its a small profit per item but high volume business. Plus its a special steak day, not an everyday thing. Margins are better on normal days for sure. Edit: the company buying in bulk and the chefs doing the prep and butchering themselves also save them a lot.
@MauFilm79 ай бұрын
@@agunemon You are so naive when trying to look smart, lol. THERE IS NO PROFIT. The company subsidize it. Otherwise it won't happen, no matter how you can save the production cost. What can you get with $1.50 in Japan? You can't even buy a regular package of instant ramen, LOL.

Does any viewer know if employees are simply charged the set price of 195 Yen regardless of portions taken? I mean that is a super deal and work incentive! It is refreshing to see a company that obviously cares about their employee welfare! They take care of their people and my guess is their people take care of the company.
@tarkovtxusa662610 ай бұрын
Seeing the scope of the work, those employees need a hearty and nutritious lunch. What an amazing kitchen! As an American, it's refreshing to see people taking good care of one another because they want to. If it were feasible, I'd move to Japan or South Korea tomorrow.

@pastasoo9 ай бұрын
the work life balance in japan/sk is worse than 9-5 M-F in the states and not to mention the very strict work environment with corporate hierarchy, it would literally drive someone that is from the west crazy.
@tarkovtxusa66269 ай бұрын
@@pastasoo Being somewhat familiar with both Japan and SK through multiple visits and, a love for the culture and a wife from a somewhat similar culture (China), I'd wholeheartedly agree that work-life balance and work environment is far more lenient for at least 90% of American workers. However, the self-employed Americans such as contractors and professionals such as self-employed doctors, attorneys and accountants work quite a lot even in the US. We don't have pensions, paid vacations or retirement benefits. But our taxes take damn good care of the government employees and illegal immigrants.

I worked for a company like this long ago, They would provide all 3 meals so all shift got 2 meals. They would charge a small amount for the (pass) 30 a month so like 1.20 per shift. you could eat whatever you like and even the 3rd meal if you so felt like going back for it. leftovers would be boxed up and they would encourage the single people to take some home. Kept us happy, as it was prolly 20 dollar meals for 1.20
