Glad to see Jonny get the recognition he so richly deserves. He is considered a peer by the likes of Clapton, Buddy Guy, Joe Bonnamassa, Samatha Fish, Mayer etc. Those who are just now discovering Jonny are in for years of great music. Enjoy. Vaya con Dios Ya'll

Man of my dreams! Hes such an amazing talent and has clearly been blessed by the good Lord! WALKING AWAY & STILL RAINING helped me make it thru when my husband of 20 yrs walked out on me & our 2 boys . Thought ! My husband & my future daughter in law died a year & 1/2 ago my youngest son barely survived. I BELIEVE helped carry me to now. I love this guy at any age any brand of guitar! Hes genuine! I'm a gigantic Jonny Lang from day one. Last time I seen him was at a The Experience Hendricks Show in 2019. He stoled the show he's the complete package. Awesome vocalist and my kind of Guitarist.

This guy was sooo talented he was performing at only 14 yo...& only started playing the guitar at 11yo!! Clearly VERY TALENTED. Was an INSTANT success!! Talented from the get go. And puts so much emotion into his vocals...incredible! His hit single was "LIE TO ME!" from the start of his professional career. This dude is second to NONE! Yeeaa...JONNY LANG!!👍👍🤘🎉

Yea I saw him live on that first album tour in Cincinnati. So young and so good. On one hand you could say its a shame he is not a big star but if you are honest the business does not promote his genre. On the positive side look at him 25 years later still making music and touring. I say job well done. Not everybody has to be a huge star with stupid trophies to live the life. We music lovers love guys like Jonny Lang.

I've only got the first album, and now I know that's enough. Came here for some Blues and ended in Gospel. Last night I watched Kenny Wayne Shepherd on yt (Leverkusener Jazztage 2017) which was real Blues.
@alexdesmit66922 жыл бұрын
I love Kenny Wayne, but you probably don’t know much about music if you can’t enjoy this concert and appreciate the musicianship. These dudes are otherworldly talented, regardless of what genre of music they’re playing. Oh, and there’s still plenty of rock and blues in this concert. Not sure how you missed that.
@jimmymoz9140 Жыл бұрын
@matheking67 Keep being a simple casual listener. Don't try to understand anything too complex. What a boring sound you're chasing, the same over and over and over. Let's hear your music ? Post some I dare you 😂

Jonny Lang is great IMO. Nobody knows about him mostly from lack of effective promotion and lets admit it you have to write at least a couple hits. If I were his friend I would suggest upgrading the on stage personna... the jeans and t-shirt looks with the clean cut good looking guy does not cut it for any performer really. He had long hair as a younger man but if he don't like that I get it. At least look like you dressed to impress... Joe Bonamassa is the model here. Dress up and make your band do the same. Its a good thing.

Man, ever since I heard the acoustic version of “Lie To Me”......I thought, man that just SUCKS! I hate that version, and really wished he’d stop doing it. It just sucks man. It’s horrible. In fact, quite a few of his songs in my opinion have gotten worse over the years. I don’t know what’s going on with him....but....well....WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOU MAN!😢
