Poop/pee gets combined into one entity, they don’t do both separately, the egg comes out, and also it’s the same place where a rooster fertilizes the hen. BUT roosters actually do not have a penis lmao, they essentially have the same ‘opening’ and they ‘rub’ it onto the hens opening and pass the sperm through it 😂 (source: I have 20 backyard chickens 🐓)

I just listened to the next episode and I thought I’d share how I get through my sleep paralysis. My dad and I both have suffered from this since childhood. I have found a couple things that make me more prone to this, which include taking a nap in the day, sleeping too long/not having a regular sleep schedule, trying to fall asleep while being anxious or overthinking, and sleeping in hotels. One thing that I have found to help is talking to myself and calming myself down when I realize I’m in this state. I repeat this mantra to myself to help wake myself up. I say “tell your brain to tell your hand to move your finger” I essentially repeat this command to myself and continue to try to wiggle my finger or toe. I find that when I do not calm myself down I start hyperventilating which only makes it harder to wake myself up. In my experience trying to move a small part of your body is a lot easier and less traumatizing than trying to thrash or jolt yourself awake. I hope this really helps Eric’s brother because I know that sleep paralysis can be something really difficult to deal with.

Listening to the new pod and I have some tips about sleep paralysis. I’ve never seen demons or shadow figures so, Erik, relax. I’ve only experienced this a handful of times and it’s when your mind is awake but your body is still asleep- paralyzed. You can take advantage of your sleepy body and just try and get your mind to fall asleep, this worked for me. DONT PANIC IT WILL NOT HELP. If you want to wake up, start by trying to wiggle your toes, even just one toe, or a fingertip, then move your way up and move your foot or your hand and then your body will start waking up and you’ll be able to get up soon after that. It’s not scary for everyone. Just know- you’re not dying, you don’t need to scream or pee yourself awake.

To whomever may be reading this I pray God blesses you with a life full of happiness, peace, love, and success. Practice self love ALWAYS! We all struggle with that sometimes. Some more than others. But we are fearfully and wonderfully made. The God of the Universe took time to create us. We are beautiful. I hope you know you are loved, valid, and worthy. You are special. YOU MATTER! Remember that. YOU in fact MATTER! Trust me on that. God would not have created you if you didn’t. You have a purpose. You have a purpose in God. To serve Him and spread His Word and Love. You do MATTER. God thinks of us CONSTANTLY. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. Please know that. Especially if you feel you don’t and feel you should take your life but if you feel you shouldn’t love because you don’t matter or you aren’t love YOU DO MATTER! I don’t know you but I love you are LOVED by Jesus Christ our Lord and King. The creator of the universe and of all life LOVES YOU so much. Remember no matter how hard of a time you’re going through God is there. It’s temporary. There will be good times again. Don’t be scared to ask help from your family or loved ones. Or get professional help if needed. Asking for help something we all struggle with including myself. I’m thankful to know I have a family who will help me and a God who will help me. Although not everyone has been blessed with a family like mine I pray you have a loving support system around you whether they are family or not. If not know God is with you. He is always there and He is for everyone. I’m thankful to know if I ever need professional help my family will support me. I pray you have a similar support system around you. I pray God puts a hedge of protection around you and your family/loved ones whether they are blood or chosen relatives. Have a great rest of your year! And your day! I hope you’ve had a great one so far. I mean none of this by harm. I never want to hurt or offend someone by sharing about my God. Remember this is a safe space. If you need to talk about anything but don’t feel like you can talk to your loved ones or friends remember God is always there. Don’t ever let anyone treat you as if you’re not a human or are below them! We are all equal under the eyes of God! He loves us all the same! Praise You God!
