Mam you have used vegan mayo in other recepies as well. Can we prepare and store it before hand in refrigerator? If so how many days can we store to a maximum?

I've never seen a green sweet potato and white papaya fruit and mango powder maybe supermrkts or health food shops hve that mango powder suppose one can use the mango fruit. But other wise a lovely healthy salad.

the mango powder is used for little sour taste, its made from raw mangoes (sun dried raw (green ) mangoes are ground to get mango powder. hope this helps.

Yeah, you are right. It could be fried in a bit of oil but it won't be oil free then.
