Heather I absolutely LOVE weighted AB workouts!!! Weights just intensify the workout so much and I just love that! I have both of your weighted AB workouts in my library and do them a lot! This is such a good 5 min abd work out. I use this every Sunday. I feel the burn after this 5 min. work out. Can you do another 5 min work out with weights? Thank you for your excellent leadership in exercising routines.
