I would love a step by step guide. A lot of times people do not know where to begin with healing their hormones and many times it can get overwhelming. So for example, what would be the first thing to focus on before going to the next step when healing yourself (because it is obviously not something done in a week…), it would mentally be easier to focus on one thing first and getting good on that ☺️

I already made a comment, but after reading others I wanted to say this. I do see a lot of requests for mental health conversations and I could t agree more. However, I do feel like (on social media) people split mental health and physical health. Personally, ever since I started training with a martial arts master, she has taught me that mental and physical health is ALL connected. And I think the healthcare system makes us compartmentalize these things (medicine for anxiety vs medicine for ibs etc) however, we need to view ourselves as organice creatures. There needs to be a renewed awareness that we’re human and when one part of us suffers, the whole of us suffers. ❤I love this community already and can’t wait for more! Pretty hormonal forever ♾️

Mila, I love you so much. The first video I found of yours was the lymph face massage which I now do every night and has helped me so much. It helps me keep a sense of control because recently they found a cyst and a small tumor in my neck. Hopefully I’ll be getting surgery soon. The face massage has made my face so much more beautiful and healthy. I just love you so much. The you’re someone I wish I knew in person I feel like we’d connect really well. So just be yourself!
