Hello Sharon, Thank you for your question and interest. We work with people with osteoarthritis and joint issues regularly who have had great success reducing pain and improving their range of movements. That being said, when it comes to pain and injuries it's always prudent to check with your doctor first and make sure this type of exercise is safe for you. Everyone is unique and some injuries or conditions may not be conducive to an online program. Any other questions please let me know. I'm happy to help.

Great question! You can use it both ways... our videos can certainly be done daily to improve strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. Some choose to supplement their other exercise with a few times per week. Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm happy to help 😊.
