You still repaired the van better than most could, and laughed hard at the questioning of life choices 🤣. It’s gonna be a useful addition to the fleet. Loving the channel and genuinely in awe of the amount of work you get through, respect 👍

I know you hate doing rust. But we as a channel enjoy seeing you make it right and most time improve on the design. I hope you take more time and show more of the van rebuild. Meaning last it last and still be able to use it in between eps.

Excellent as always, Matt, and very educational this one. I was surprised to see there are a wide selection of repair panels for this vehicle. With a bit of elbow grease you can end up with quite a cheap yet utilitarian motor.👍

Well done with the replacement door bottoms, I made a complete hash on a Mini door years ago. After watching plenty of KZbin I can recommend Fitzee's Fabrications methods. He would have opened the skins up and replaced the inners using whats left of the outer as the reference points and then replaced the outer panel with cut and butt. Well worth a look as its made my repairs look a lot better.

In the very early days you questioned your choices about being able to make a living from youtube and your production quality and accent I said then there was nothing wrong with your production or your accent and if I wanted a so called polished production I would watch main stream which I don't and now with 174k SUBS you have done really well, maybe see if you can do a collaboration with another KZbin with a lot of SUBS also lets see more track time please Regards from Liverpool

This was a "pity watch". With no interest whatsoever on re-badged LT's, and quite happily could live the rest of my life without seeing another one that close, (they are all the same, btw), I clicked and watched this video all the way to the end. Although the plasma cutter and ready-made repair panels do help, that was still a lot of work just to get an old "Sprinter" back on the tarmac. Hat is off, Sir. And may I suggest to go through the pushings, ball joints, bearings and brakes. Just to make the traveling experience slightly more bearable.
@watahyahknow Жыл бұрын
bodywork might not be youre favorite part of the work but you seem to be pretty good at it allways supprized at the amount of rust pressent on brittish vehicles , they just about melt away like the witch in the wizzard of oz \ being on an island with salt water harsh winters salted roads and a lot of rain does mess these cars up
@briangreen6602 Жыл бұрын
Seeing the rear end of that van would scare the shit out of me; those rear windows make it look like a Police camera van ! Maybe add some reflective stickers on the back just to mess with people when parked up ?
