This was perfect! Definitely challenging and enough variety packed into 30 mins. Instructor gave good cues but agree with others that the music was pretty painful.

I thought this 'girly stuff' was supposed to be easy!! Thank you for helping me discover muscles I rarely use, making me realise I'm not as fit as I thought I was and providing a low impact routine that is testing but back problem friendly. See this new subscriber same time tomorrow :-)

Hey Liv :) You should try to really press the heel away from you. If that doesn't help, maybe try to bend your legs a little. So they are not completely straight. Hope it helps :) Lena

I like the instructor-lovely vibes. Didn’t like the music. Also would have loved “beginner” in the description, there was so much instructional talking that actual exercise time was significantly less than 30 min. Maybe more like 15.

Disclaimer: this isn't very full body, its great for lower body and some ab work at the end but isn't very high energy or concentrated on the upper body :)

I was expecting a full body work out. Not a 27minutes leg workout. When I read "full body" I am expecting an a arms legs, everything. Not squeezing in a 2min about workout at the end.
