Tana gm . This practice was really challenging for me. It's the reposition that got me. SIGH!! With time though everything becomes easier. Thanks for starting yoga day. This is so special to me. Have a safe and relaxing day. Jamaica 67 yrs.😊

Oh wow!!! I am drenched in sweat! This is a very hard sequence for me . I have to stop twice for a while but i manage to finish it! As always gain a good mood after Tana's class ❤

Omg, I LOVED it! My glutes and legs/thighs really burned like crazy (especially when you made us do a 2nd round of Lunges + Side Kicks). My abs were super engaged throughout the entire workout and burned at the end. THANK YOU, TANA!

Omg, WOW! I absolutely loved this one! My glutes and legs/thighs were on FIRE, and my abs were also super engaged and got trained throughout the entire workout. My arms are so strong after doing Yoga and Pilates for so long, and I'm always so happy about it! THANK YOU

Hi! I just wanna say that I have minimum strength in my entire body and I struggled a bit through this session, BUT DESPITE ALL THAT I completed every movement as best as I could, enjoying every minute. I'm sweating in happiness now. Thank you, Tana! This will officially be my go-to workout for when I'm on my period :D I highly recommend it

Revisited this one again this morning and WOW...figured I would completely nail this one and it still surprises me how much room for growth I have to go. SO GOOD! So spicy and SO challenging for me to stay centered and to steady my balance when my muscles are screaming at me haha. Still a favorite. Thank you so much for all you share with us, Tana! 🙏💖

Omg, this was absolutely AMAZING! It was super challenging for me today because I'm about to get on my period and am in pain & working out is always harder for me right before, but I still pushed through and it was amazing. Gotta repeat this soon when I have more energy. But you are so relaxed, you help me be graceful and gentle with myself and not beat myself up when what my body needs is rest. THANK YOU

This practice is wonderful! Great exercise for lower body and upper body plus balance! I can do most of the exercises and there’s room to grow! I also LOVE the birds singing in the background instead of music. Thank you!

Great yoga/Pilates fusion!! Would love a 45 min version of a similar practice cos I need a slightly longer challenge… but I am skipping the shavasna and going on to do some weights for 10mins!! I got all evening to chill on the sofa! 😂❤️👍🙏🏽

Tana- this was so challenging yet also meditative. Now in my list of my favorite yoga classes ever. It was so fun, challenging, and an excellent workout. My glutes are on fire and I feel amazing. Saving this to redo many times. I just found you and love your classes!

This workout was so challenging, I wanted to hate it, but tje burn felt good.....next time I wont do this routine the day after arms, chest and back day 😅. Great way to strentgh and tone without weights. Namaste.

This was one of the best yoga videos I have found on KZbin. You cued well. You audio was good. I really liked the moves and smooth flow from each move. That said….I would LOVE a beginners yoga flow similar to this… many of the poses I could not do.. and I’ve done yoga intermittently for awhile… and would love to share this with others who are behind me in yoga as well. The same length, similar format, just some of the harder moves not incorporated.
