I started avoiding heavy weight in barbell chest press due to rotator cuff injury. I think dumbell presses are way better. They also helps you in maintaining stability and better range of motion.

Don't fall for gainers. They provide empty calories leading to accumulation of unhealthy fat. Learn to make healthy shakes/smoothies with whey protein mixed. For example :- 50G Oats, 2 bananas or apple, half tea spoon peanut butter, 1 scoop good quality whey protein and 200-300ml milk... Shake/blend it well and consume it. The number of servings a day would depend on your overall diet and your goal...

Does aerobic exercises help with strength training? Have been strength training for 5.5 years now and on heavier weights with reps i get lost out of breathe than the muscle failure. If i rest more than, then i can get more reps. I consistently have above 11k steps per day for past 6 months as my data shows but thinking to add weekend running to improve cardio fitness. Not sure if this is a myth or not that aerobic exercises are not good for hypertrophy. My goal is hypertrophy

I have a doubt, whenever I do barbell press, during the last 3rd or 4th rep in the last set I feel a stretch in my left pec muscle near the origin during eccentric even tough the barbell was in straight line and form was correct, I do feel stretch in my right pec muscle but its very inferior to the left muscle. I get scared and the pec tear videos flashes in my mind. I did chest workout yesterday and the weight was 40kg for 10 reps in the last set and I follow a pyramid set. Will be really helpful if anyone has faced this issue and knows how to fix it. Thank You
