Thanks for the Video. Curse of the Cryptek is definitely one of my favorite Necron Stratagems. Tyranid Assimilation Swarm have the same one. So funny, when a big model like a Landraider kills a Ripper, and then they got themselfs in a pickle, being +1 to Wound for every hangry bug on the table. 😝 Speaking of which, please make a Tyranid version for this too.

Love Cosmic Precision. The look on my opponents face when i drop a Seraptek or Monolith right on top of him is priceless. Also makes it easier to move the blighters around. A side note is that i feel that Entropic Dampening should at least have an honorable mention. Making an important enemy unit/big model that targets your Monolith, Obelisk, Tesseract Vault or Seraptek need to roll hazardous for each weapon from said unit they dared point at your big bad is hilarious. Especially after you have already dropped said big bad right on top of them.

I wish we had something similar to Reactive Subroutines in the Obeisance Phalanx. Its effect could be an Overlord, Lychguard, or Triarch unit to move towards the closest objective. It would make it easier to plop a unit of Lychguard to hold an Objective down.

Honorable mention to Protocol of the Hungry Void for getting Skorpekhs to that S8 break point. Also that extra AP can go a long way, especially for free on SnS Lychguard. Not the very best, but always felt really good in my games.

@@Planet40K Maybe I'm just blinded by my love for those little murder crabs, but with the points cuts 6 with the Lord are quite decent as a hammer to a Wraith or LG anvil.

@@Planet40K Rapid Ingress 3 Skorps, with a lord attached in awakened is trade up juice. For 170 points bringing them on behind cover (4 model profile makes them easier to hide), running them into a unit on your turn that might be holding a side. You close the 9" range to 1" to secure the charge. Mortal Wound Charge, Full hit rerolls, lethals, devs, Melee strat makes Lord have Str 11 -4AP on his melee. You absolutely smack into all types of units without inv, but Dev Wound proc can help with inv's if they have it. The unit will fall over with a stiff breeze when caught out, but my god they deliver me some crazy match ups and are a glass cannon. Plus if the lord dies, just revive him and charge him back in on your next turn for more mortals and some crazy high melee.

Reactive Subroutines (reactive move from Canoptek) is another great strat ... if you have the points to spare move your wraiths from inside 9 in from your enemy to outside 12 ... now they can't get into charge range and then pop Counter temporal shift and for 2 CP you just ruined your opponents entire turn

The strategy with the best thematic name is your time is Nigh. It’s also the most evil because that only did you just kill your opponents war Lord, but for the rest of the battle, each time one of his units has to make a battles shock test he does so with a minus one penalty. (call me crazy but I just built three psychomancers after I realized they added a second ability a while back for a little buff) I want to try forcing three units to make battles shock tests with an 18 inches and you’re able to do so within more than just his shooting phase. Also, if any enemy units are within 6 inches of one during his command phase and the unit is starting strength it must make a shock test with a minus one. If you can find a way to place one of them in the fight phase so that he doesn’t die during the command phase, if you can get one to fail, that means that unit is 0 OC for his entire turn, and he can’t use any strategems during his turn on that unit. I’m just wondering, which attachment something like this would be possible. He’s pretty cheap. I was thinking of tossing him in a unit of 10 warriors. I’m not that familiar with the Canoptek Court, so I’m not sure if there are any abilities that would synergize with a Psychomancer. The one strange thing about him is that his staff only has one attack but it’s strength 6-3 AP and three damage but he hits on a 4+….booh Isn’t there a Strat or enhancement in the Canoptek Court Gives one Cryptek a pseudo lone operative ability?

Eternal Revenant is goated with hexmark for fixed objectives and deploy teleports. He has secured me 16VP super easily for a whole game thanks to being lone op and the ability to revive him to just continue next turn deploying.
