Yes, I agree completely with the philosophy of digging to find the true cause of the symptoms. The way the modern American healthcare system treats symptoms, not the cause of the symptoms, makes me sick!

This is just superb, I have been researching "reduce tiredness and fatigue" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Qiyia Ziyichael Booster - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got cool success with it.

Hi Dr. Berg, I am not much writing my comments through KZbin. However, I also have to admit that I have been following your videos with passion. The way that you explain and your methodology is reaching us very understandable. I have learned a lot from your videos, and most of all, I have learned to communicate with myself. Appreciated for your efforts and sharing your valuable knowledge with us. I am from Istanbul, Turkey and great to see that your videos are reaching all around the world.

Has anyone else noticed how doctors rarely do a physical exam of your issue these days especially since covid? They just listen to you describe your symptoms and run tests. The days of looking at your body and touching you are quickly dying. In my opinion this leads to delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Your costs go up too because the doctors just order expensive tests which you wait weeks or months to get.

Fatigue can also be caused by constant exposure to a toxic source in the environment. I have been very chemically sensitive for 20 years and have to be really careful what I am exposed to. I've done detoxing and "purification programs" and it has helped a bit. Recently though I discovered that my constant stuffy nose and near constant chemical taste in my mouth has been connected to a growing sensitivity to.......my cellphone. Specifically the lithium-ion battery in the cellphone. Since I got the largest phone available 4 years ago, I soon noticed something wrong. Something was bothering me that I couldn't pinpoint. By process of elimination, I zeroed in on the phone. Since last year, I have stopped treating the cellphone like a 24 hour a day appendage and I noticed an almost immediate cessation of symptoms. I also stopped keeping the phone next to my bed at night and I no longer wake up blowing my nose for a half hour. I began sleeping less agitated as well. Research the toxicity of lithium-ion batteries sometime, folks. The manufactures know and admit they emit vapors and dozens of chemicals. I'm a bit of a canary in a coal mine. I smell things LONG before anyone else does. But I hope this helps anyone looking for answers to something bothering them who, like me, was stymied for years.

I am doing great on keto and OMAD, lost 15 lbs, and feeling great until yesterday. my uncle brought home pernil "Spanish roasted pork" from a local restaurant I ate some thinking it would be ok. Next day super hungry, very tired, very sleepy and a little cranky. I even felt like I was gonna throw up at one point. Definitely that pork, lesson learned. Don't eat dirty food from just any place, keep it clean. Stomach is more sensitive now with omad and she wants good clean nutrient rich food, not junk.

When I went on KETO, I noticed fatigue. Sleep was okay, but then I realized my B-1 levels were low (ie, no bread, so no B-1). Nutritional yeast and pork helped a lot (both natural sources for B-1), then I changed my vitamin supplement to one with high B complex levels, and viola!, no more fatigue.

2:38 omg, this Dr is the only one that explained what I have suspected for over a decade. I was born to get nervous easily and my neck was so tense since I was 15 yo. I knew it affected my breathing but no doctors would take my opinion seriously. Finally I found one Dr who really looks into the deeper cause, rather than just go by standard procedure. I'm so glad.

@@memati7199 oh I don't know this would help you too but the solution was so simple that it was deceiving. I adjusted my everyday posture so my head won't be in turtleneck position. I made sure, whether I'm sitting or standing, I have a correct posture. This in turn helped me breathe normally after almost 20 years. Having proper 'oxygen transfer' changed me forever. I've changed from one of the laziest person I know to one of the most diligent. To correct one's posture would be different for everyone. I suggest you take a video of yourself and found what's wrong. I was so surprised that I had such a noticeable turtleneck posture but none of the chiropractors, physical therapists, and orthopedists I visited mentioned about it even once! I felt like they only care about you coming back to them to pay $$. For me the miracle cure was fixing my round shoulder and turtle neck. good luck in your solution search. Don't give up. It really changed my life in every aspects including personality, career, relationship, mindset!

Would love to heal my adrenals but do not want to take Cortef (hydrocortisone). Also progesterone, testosterone, anastrozole, estraidol, iodine made me feel and look worse. I practice a ketogenic diet, take my 2 grains of Nature Throid (for hypothyroidism) and pray to be well enough to leave my home someday. It's crazy the run around, the out of pocket costs because no doctor accepts insurance for any of this. I have to rely on nutrition, rest, lots of tlc and the miracle of sleep. Menopause (hormones) began this journey into hell and I've been clawing my way out for 7 years. It's been exasperating! I used to be Unstoppable! Now I can't get Started.

Agree. Find the core problems. I had an overnight sleep study. I was shocked to find out that I lack Stage 4 sleep. Some Restless Leg Syndrome but overall it was the lack of restorative sleep that is behind memory and cognitive problems. Fibromyalgia has developed over time. My fight/flight system is ruined. Sleep quality is the number problem. The rest follows. It is also a tough one to solve. It is a diagnosis and the rest are symptoms of a lifetime of overwhelming stress and lack of sleep.

@sylviedefaine8007
@sylviedefaine8007 4 жыл бұрын
For anemia you have direct causation, which is bleeding or lack of creation of red blood cells, in both cases you would find out the cause real fast, in case of bleeding, stop the bleeding (unless it's from heavy menstrual bleeding then change your diet to help your body bleed lesser) take vitamin C + chelated iron to help the body recover, in case of lack of creation of red blood cells, it's worse, then you are looking at cancer most likely...

Funny that I chanced upon this older video that is very relevant for me. So tired, breathless on any exertion and so weak, needing to sit down after each effort to garden a bit. So thankful to watch this and now I have the confidence to go to a medical centre and request an investigation into possibilities until one or more root causes are identified. Began IF and OMAD 2 months ago. The weight loss has been good but with so much more to go it may also be a trigger. So thank you for the information that means I will no longer ignore it hoping it will correct itself in a few more months time. At 73 how many more months do I have 😂😂😂.

Yes, work on the opposite bicep and triceps and watch what happens. But I will tell you, it will be twice as tender, but just some deep tissue on the opposite upper arm muscles and presto - no more pain

Tinnitus is most of the times a Vitamin D deficiency - Get a profile lab test done ( a combination of Blood CBC , Thyroid , Vitamin B12 , Vitamin D and minerals like Potassium,Magnesium , etc ) I don't know if it's available in your country - In India they have a package deal for these which makes it cheaper to get so many tests done at once.....Maybe you will find out the relation (anxiety may be due to Adrenal Fatigue - you can check Dr Berg's video about how to check for Adrenal Fatigue )

You maybe eating too many starches and not enough fiber. Drink plenty of water. Also wrong microflora in stomach. These are some of the problems I experienced. Constipation too. Make you feel bad no energy.

When I diagnosed with severe Vitamin D deficiency, I was prescribed by my doctor to take a large daily dosage (10,000 I.U.) of Vitamin D3. One of the side benefits was my long term tinnitus disappeared overnight! Another suggestion is to take (1) Magnesium Malate 425mg X 3 times daily and that will go towards helping your anxiety a lot! It also, helps with your sleep. I was having an awful time with restless leg syndrome ("the jimmy leg syndrome") and it was suggested to me to take Magnesium and it went away completely. I didn't know I was so deficient in all these nutrients and minerals. Amazing what supplements can do for you when you are severely depleted in nutrients and minerals.
