Appreciate that the recipe testers are real folks like most of us who aren’t chefs or content creators, who took us into their home kitchens to show us their real time efforts and opinions. It made the recipes so relatable. And the comments were just as amusing! I grew up watching Gilligan’s island in Hawaii of all places and sadly I got off the island (a big regret). And who knew that the fig pits are healthy?

Love the idea that some of your viewers photographs are in the book . And the notes you have included in the book from your test cooks brilliant idea . What I hate about cookbooks is when the start ingredient can only be use once with that recipe and you have no idea what to do with it after and it sits in your cupboard for a year. This is sooo great! REAL people, love it and so inspiring. Even the youtubers that used to be kinda real in the beginning all end up so polished after a while. Love this! I'm not sure about ordering the book, because I know from expercience I dont really use online cookbooks. I use an ereader for reading but the e-cookbooks I've bought in the past all end up unused somewhere in a corner of my laptop. But if you ever decide to make it a physical book im here for it!

Are these recipes you have adapted to your own tastes, or are they a collection of recipes you credit to other people?

It's a mixed-bag, really - but the recipes are all our own, if they were inspired by someone else's recipe, but we feel like we've changed it enough to our tastes to call it our own, we credit the original source. We wouldn't post a collection of other peoples recipes and charge people for it. We've aimed to be very thorough in making sure these are all our own, but obviously there's a LOT of overlap in recipes out there, so there's always a chance someone has a recipe that's similar to ours and we're not aware of it. We're pretty honest - but we're also human and mistakes get made. Did that answer your question?
