Dr Stephan Esser is a 4th generation plant based eater! He comes from a line of passionate educators sharing the message of health. Dr. Esser is a lifetime advocate for plant-based nutrition. He completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. Thanks a lot. Yes. People who love animals should also first love themselves by ditching all the processed foods, sugar oil salt, drugs, and supplements. Only eat whole plants, plenty of them and in great varieties. The China Study. God bless!

Thanks a lot. A doctor asked me to take folate supplements. I found that after taking this folate supplement, I have no appetite for green leafy vegetables. So I totally ditched it. So since that time, I became very aware of the harms of supplements. God bless!

Thanks a lot. I love that story about that a certain man try to boost his ability to procreate. Most of such men are desparate to try everything, except whole food plant based diet, the only right thing that they need to do. It's a great pity to see that they spend so much money and so much time, and only harm themselves greatly by eating exotic animals, and taking all sorts of weird supplements. God bless!

😊 Really helpful information! Given that liver cells turn over every 30 days, would love to hear Dr. Esser discuss how reversible NAFLD is. Been WFPB for 6 years following all his recommendations- is that enough time to turn around a fatty liver?

I was part of a trial study that used a sound eave to test fatty liver. In 2022 my numbers were 296 and 5.4 measure of fat saturation of liver tissue. 2024 remeasure now 146 and 2.5. I've been plant based since 2017 when diagnosed with Fatty Liver. Replacing plant based convience foods with home cooked helps Concrete numbers of improvement encouraged me 🐞

Absolutely loved the info re the liver- it’s not talked about all that much I find. Also very interesting to hear that children suffering with sinus and other related issues have positive results so quickly when eliminating the culprit foods. Unfortunately my now 8;yr old grandson has had his tonsils and adenoids removed, plus grommets in his ears twice and had his appendix out all by the age of 6 yrs. His mother( my daughter in law);would not believe it was diet related and was not interested in at least trying. She is all about mainstream medicine and he has literally lived on antibiotics. I had to watch it all and she wasn’t interested in my advice☹️☹️ Thank you for a fabulous talk❤
