In the anime I watch, the main characters don't usually get it together. They experience horrific trauma that shocks them for life, forcing them to overcome great adversity in order to continue surviving. It's so realistic.

I just can't help think about the irony of anime being realistic, lol. But yeah, their depiction of the human struggle is very much on point.

This is a really tricky video. You're saying is.. until I have things figured out I am not supposed to be happy. In a way, you're never entirely fulfilled until you know what is your purpose in this life. It can be as simple as... To feed a cat :) But this concept of having things figured out is what messes me up. You may not have things figured out, and still find joy and peace in your daily life. In the Simple things, feeling the breeze, looking at the sky, looking at children playing, reading a book. I'm not saying life is not hard, but the goal is, to find the joy despite the hardness. Actually, Joy is a sign of where you"life figured out" is :)

I'm 22, it's been 4 years I'm in depression, existential crisis and all, so I do hope I'm having my midlife crisis right now, or at least that when I'll finally emerge from this, it's going to feel in my soul like I've officially "graduated" from hell with a certified "gone through this shit" diploma, so I can finally move on with my life (i.e start living), never look back again and not have to do this again at 50. As if I had paid a major part of my debts in terms of life time spent in deep darkness, if that makes sense.

I think I'm on my third midlife crises. I'm being greedy with the crises. 🤭 It's like a weird flipflop between trying out Fi and trying out Fe and now I digress, feeling is futile. The bane of my existence. Both feel like catching catfish. Anyhow, great video. Thanks. I feel better about my "unhappiness" knowing most people are also suffering. Lol wtf...? No, that can't be right.😂 😂 😂😂😂
