Honestly... Before i didn't realise sleep this much important .... Everytym surrounding ppl used to say sleep regularly its best for your health... But noone explin this...the root why its important ...now i know n m honestly shocked .... Thanks❤

mam kya batau me ye 7 symptoms exactly mere pas hai...me foot gain Kiya, depression jaisa lagti he,akeli rehti hun,hair fall ke bare me kya hin batao,..kuch yad nehi rehti,... immunity obviously hai,aur mood swings ta hei hin,..anger kafi....sab hai. ta thanks mam ye share karne ki liye .......ab so jaunga jaldi

Our PM, Sadguru, Baba Ramdev, Ratan Tata all are sleeping less than three to 4 hours, but they are active. Share lifestyle if them.. What they eat, how they exercise and how they are energetic. About PM we have seen Akshay Kumar 's interview and also checked in MODI - Common Man series on EROS. I was fine by doing that but due to some ayurvedic medicines also I've lost my health cause understood that day to day life it's not possible to give proper food which family is also not taking.
