I have a big bowl that is my "salad bowl" that I've had for years. Gotta have a big bowl to mix the stuff up really well! Always reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine has to have The Big Salad.

I agree! I usually take a HUGE Rubbermaid container, place the lid on and shake my salad to mix everything! And of course I eat it out of the container because you need a big container for salads!

Agreed on the cutting up fruits and vegetables!! My meat and potatoes hubby eats way more veggies if he sees carrots, celery and cucumber cut up and ready to go 😊

I'm definitely going to have to try that salad! I buy canned salmon from Costco to make salmon patties with but I never thought to use that for my salad.

Looks so delicious and healthy 😍😋 Also, dogs can eat watermelon 👍 my dog has bladder stones and our vet said he can only eat his prescription dog food, melons, and bananas. No other food or treats. Thanks for the video!!!

A ton of people already probably commented this but dogs LOVE watermelon and yes as long as there are no seeds. I've asked my vet because it's good for dogs to each fruit and veg just like us!(:

Hi!!! I am 17 weeks pregnant and i amb with a bmi 25 prepregnancy. Just border with overweight. I want t gain a healthy amount of weight and now I already gainned 3 kg more than what i am supossed by the weeks i am pregnant. My question would be if eating 1800kcal more or less a day would be good for my case so I keep my weight gain a bit under control. I am really Lost and in internet I dont find answers. Thanksss and Hope you dont mind me asking you. ☺️

I highly recommend you have some freezer meals ready before baby comes. If you're breastfeeding the first little while is literally sitting on the couch starving all day and all night.
