Hi Tess! I know this video is old but I’m just seeing it for the first time and there’s good info in here so thank you. I’m trying to eat healthier and I’m 98% vegan except when when I feel pressured to have cheese.

Such a beautiful scenery for life wow😭😩😩 I’m pushing myself in the gym and getting stronger! Has taken a year but has stopped my knees from popping when coming up from squats 😂 just have to build around my knees. Would you ever do a small video on how to have good form? You have 🔥 form so professional! Loved the little butterfly necklace.

Good work! I think because I don’t have any credentials for fitness I wouldn’t want to make any specific form videos yet but there’s plenty on youtube that are helpful! Coachmarkcarroll on IG is great and informative too!

Tess, do you make the flax meal by simply grounding the flax seeds? How much do you put in the smoothie? I love the meals... what are the spaghetti you used..... 😍😍😍😍😍?
@TessBegg
@TessBegg 3 жыл бұрын
I ground my own flaxseeds in my blender and store them in a air tight container in the fridge to keep fresh! 1-2 tbsp a day is recommended for the benefits. I used gf lasagna sheets

@TessBegg
@TessBegg 3 жыл бұрын
If a video is sponsored, you are still getting free content in it. There’s the meals and workout here. I don’t understand why people say they know we have to make a living, but then dislike when something is sponsored. Personally, I am happy for those that I follow when they get brand deals because it supports them (as long as it’s not fake - I only work with brands I love)! In Feb I had 2 sponsored videos. I then posted 23 non sponsored videos (the juicing one was only affiliate code), and then I did the iherb video and this video here. I had actively avoided doing sponsored videos this year, because people complain, which is a shame!

@@TessBegg totally get that, i feel it’s because a lot of us have spent the past few years growing with certain youtubers, and during that time 90%+ of videos woulda been unsponsored. an unsponsored video, for whatever reason, feels more ‘raw’ and real, and i guess a sponsored video feels like it’s only been made because of the sponsor. obviously it’s your channel and your business, so you can do whatever you want and it’s all good, but that’s why i think some people feel strongly about it. i’ve never actually commented about not liking sponsors before because i respect this, but there’s just a growing pattern of almost every video nowadays having a sponsor, and i guess it’d be nice to see more videos that are made for fun, not for money. defo super happy for you and how far your business has come over the past few years, just can feel less personal than it did before sometimes x
@TessBegg
@TessBegg 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply! That’s exactly why I have done more unsponsored videos this year, than sponsored videos as I know previously in 2018/19 I did a lot of sponsored content. Did you watch all of the videos this year that were unsponsored? I would have filmed this exact video otherwise and I had fun filming it - I simply incorporated chatting about the jewellery here. I love Ana Luisa and I am partnering with them again next month😊 You can be genuine, real, raw and still make money. Ps if I had decided to not do any sponsored videos over the years of youtube, well youtube in itself wouldn’t be very financially sustainable to be consistent with it. A lot of time, effort and MONEY go into making these videos and there’s backend costs.
