Loves this. I’m an ovarian cancer survivor. I have gone through period pain since a little girl. Endometriosis etc. the pain is not often like when I was younger. Have gone through egg stimulation/preservation last year… etc. Hugs ❤🙏🏼. The lord is with us and our healer. Thank you lord for all these healthy resources. I’ve recently started a symbiotic pre/probiotic, castor oil packs, vitamins, prayer, worship, 4-5 walks a day with my dog. I’m going to try the bone broth recipe!

Thank you Cambria! Ever since I discovered your channel about six months ago, you have been such an inspiration for me along my healing journey! Your words of wisdom especially rang true today as I have been suffering from chronic undiagnosed anemia, GI issues, etc. for the last 10-15 years and things have recently gotten worse again after I thought I was on the right track. It's so challenging not to fall into and remain in a state of despair when it seems all is lost, but I am desperately clinging onto the hope that indeed the Lord does make all things new. Maybe not in our arbitrary timelines, but in God's perfect timing we will be healed.

Sending you the biggest hug my friend 🤍

Hi Cambria 😊 I have been following you for years and have learned so much from your videos. I also have your book, ‘Growing Strong’ and re-read it every time I need encouragement. ❤ Thank you for continuing to be a shining light in a dark world. ✨I have been battling with anxiety/ depression, and you always help to inspire and uplift me. One thing I have changed in my diet recently for my gut health is that I have switched to mushroom coffee. It is gentle on my stomach and gives me energy and focus without the jitters/ caffeine crashes. ☕️ Hope you have a beautiful and blessed day. ♥️

I went through a very stressful season last summer when I moved into a new home and I thought I was supporting my body by exercising really hard, going for 5 mile walks in the heat, and fasting for 17-18 hours and basically under eating. All of this wrecked my body and digestion. I was sore everyday and had a pain in my side. I have recently started taking bioptimizers magnesium and LMNT. GAME CHANGER. I have gone back and watched a lot of your videos again and incorporated a lot of your tips for gut health. Thank you for everything you share! It is so motivating ❤

Hello Cambria, I have started drinking lemon in the am and bone broth. I have been binge watching all your videos. And trying to incorporate more things to support my gut. So it can be healthy and poop daily( I know tmi). Even with just started to eat more healthy exercising, I recently had a doctors appointment this week and was sad to here my A1c was not where it needs to be. I was so overwhelmed and filled with mixed emotions. I so felt you in this video and was crying with you. Especially when you talked about fear. I now have a fear of eating to not have my sugar raise. I have stared reading this book called Love Body to help me understand how to have a normal blood sugar throughout the day. I just want to say thank you and please keep sharing the great knowledge spiritual and food recipes for the soul. I really enjoy it. Thank you again, I feel like this Beas made for me at the right time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am going to keep pushing and striving to get my health where it needs to be. Love you. And thank you again.

What I do for gut health is make my own yogurt in an instant pot. I ferment it for 24 hours as opposed to the 4-6 hours store bought yogurt often is fermented. I make a breakfast parfait with homemade granola that also has chia and flax seeds. Top with pepitas and wheat germ. So filling! My gut health is decent, but I’m trying to get my boyfriend to eat more probiotic foods, but he’s a pilot and travels a lot. A capsule would be super helpful for him while he’s on the road!

Hi I just want to say thank you for your email today (or at least I saw it today) the subject line was “I Cried…” God really spoke to me through your email and when I went to church I went up to get prayed for during the alter call (I am currently struggling with infertility and no menstrual cycle) to just ask the Lord to give me strength. One of the people who helps our pastor pray for people came to me and he said he heard the voice of the Lord telling him to tell me “what He has promised me, He will do. He wants me to learn how to trust in him and to have faith in his promises” and I cried because as I reflected on what God told me tonight, your email came to mind and I have been getting weary and exhausted of praying and knocking and nothing happening, but I know the Lord wants me to learn something through this season and I believe your baby is coming also! I believe with you!

Hi Cambria..I can't begin to tell you what a blessing your channel has been. I came across your book and purchased it immediately. The reviews were amazing and I see why. I am in Chapter 6..I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to shift their focus and mindset. I have been stuck in a battle that I can't seem to overcome in my weight loss. I was doing WW and honestly so tired of counting..entering everything in my phone..and not seeing lasting results. WW has canceled all of our in person workshops and that was really sad. I felt like God was telling me to let go of the mindset of WW and the number on the scale was what was important. Eating healthy is! I suffer with horrible gut issues and have tried many pro and probiotics. Maybe I am choosing the wrong ones? I have started taking AG1 greens. I do see an improvement in my energy..still waiting on the gut? I just wanted to thank you for sharing your heart..your home..and your healthy living approach . I am journaling as I go thru the book and it really helps. I am so sorry for your loss..prayers for you and your husband. Take care..have a blessed Easter. Jesus is Alive😇

I honestly have not been taking care of my gut and it’s shown in the yeast infection I recently got. I used to struggle with yeast infections for a while but it’s been years since I had one, so I actually ordered the just thrive probiotic per your recommendation! And am already feeling a difference in my overall mood! I guess what I have been doing more recently for my gut is learning even more about it. Mostly about what it takes to keep the bad bacteria in check in there.

Ugh, I just love all your videos! I have to say, when you get teary eyed, it makes me teary eyed. You have such a sweet soul! You mentioned breast discomfort v/s estrogen releasing… do you have any good links to this? I would love to learn about it.

🥹🥹 love you so much. Your soul is sweet too, just reading this my heart is full 🤍 yes! So I actually don’t know if an article or place to read just in all my years of studying I’ve learned it’s estrogen dominance! I would say the biggest thing for that is nourishing your gut with the tips in this video, and then supporting your liver with something like Milk Thistle (I love bioray liver life tonic amazing) and then balancing your blood sugar with protein and carb regularly! I hope this helps you and gets you off to a good start! My pain free period video is a great resource too 🤍

I love taking my time while eating and putting my phone down to truly enjoy my food. As well as go for walks after dinner to help digest my food. Working to be more intentional about what I eat and how I take care of my body. 🤍

Thank you so much for always sharing Cambria. It really helps me to find new ways to support my overall health! I drink bone broth (store bought- want to try to make my own soon) everyday with a few added scoops of collagen powder for my gut. It’s funny- I had on my to do list today “figure out what to do with extra ginger root” (after having leftovers from a recipe). Then, in this video, you mentioned making ginger tea with apple cider vinegar!! I’m boiling the water now haha! Thank you so much- hope you are doing well.

Hahaa I love that you immediately boiled the water!! 😂🙌🏼 yes!! I hope it was delicious that is such an amazing way to get the ginger in! And omg when you make the homemade bone broth you will freak out it’s so good 🤤

Hi Cambria - I have always had stomach problems... eventually I received a celiac diagnosis and am struggling to repair my gut! Everyday, I obviously do not eat gluten but it can be anywhere so carrying for my body is checking every ingredient or letting the waiter know I have celiac (hardest one for me for some reason). I also try a probiotic from my dad but would love to upgrade to thrive. I will definitely try aloe vera!

Omg! I need to order so many things now! I’ve used aloe in the past but your right, it doesn’t taste very good. I have to use coffee to help with BMs or I don’t go regularly 😬Thank you so much for all your knowledge! I try to eat fruits and veggies and a clean diet to help with my digestion.
