Thanks for great info, as always. Will def try the waffles this weekend :) Some of my (for now) favourite breakfasts is "Carrot cake Smothie" (carrot, frozen banana, vanilla proteinpowder, almonds, almondmilk, cinnemon, ginger and some cardamom) or Protein oatmeal (glutenfree oats cooked in coconutmilk, a scoop of vanilla protein when done and top with blueberries and some seeds or nuts)

Your IG page is a blessing! I wouldn't have ever known gluten and dairy caused my symptoms. Also, my favorite weekend breakfast is a South Indian recipe - idli (rice flour cakes) and dosa (rice flour and lentil crepe) with some chutney (mint, cilantro and coconut) and sambar (lentil stew/soup). I do eat this for dinner sometimes! It's gluten and dairy free and rich in protein and nutrients :D

I should start my gluten free and dairy free diet as soon as possible but living in a province here in the Philippines makes it hard to start. Gluten free and dairy free products are nowhere to be found so I'm really struggling to start. I would love to make it an enjoyable lifestyle change but with the situation it's more like a restriction that gives me a little stress. I love cooking but with my condition (prediabetic with pcos and on metformin medication) I don't think I'll enjoy doing what i love. I am always watching your journey as i hope i would reverse my pcos too. Thank you.

Hi Arienne! I'm from Indonesia and gluten-free & dairy-free products are expensive (and quite hard to get as well). So I try to avoid white flour and change it to rice flour, tapioca, maizena, or modified cassava flour. For cow milk you can subtitue with soy milk or no milk at all! Remember that our ancestor weren't eating flour and milk as well so it shouldn't be a problem for us :D

Hi and I'm so glad to find your videos! I'd like to ask you, what is a non-dairy milk you can recommend< or do we even NEED a milk option at all. I am having a lot of stmach issues with milk / dairy so. I thought it would be a really good idea to avoid the dairy, so, I have tried many non-dairy options and to be honest I don't really love many of them...but I could of course try to , 'learn' to like them. Would like to know your thoughts!

The most frustrating thing for me is I can't have eggs anymore. I was doing really well losing weight, then out of nowhere developed an allergy. And omelets was my go-to breakfast. I don't like smoothies for breakfast so I've really been struggling trying to figure out what to do. I also don't like things like waffles. I had lost 30lbs before my allergy. Now I'm up 50. It's so discouraging
