Pro tip: I love putting a bunch of spinach in my smoothies as well but sometimes I don’t make them enough before my spinach goes bad, so I buy a big bag of spinach specifically for my smoothies and keep it in the freezer. I also like drinking my smoothies cold and hate putting ice in my smoothies (I feel like I’m watering it down) and this does it the trick. Clearly you don’t have to do this, but I figured I share what I do as well :) K, bye! You’re body looks bomb, keep it up girl!

Hey gal! Love your videos :) I do have a pro tip for that daze in the afternoon and sweet tooth. Try adding that protein scoop in your first smoothie! The protein will help satiate you all day and give you much more sustained energy. Sometimes women react to high amounts of carbs in the morning (like fruit or sugars) and have their blood sugar spike. -When it crashes (mid day) you can get that feeling you got. Hope this helps!

Hi! So I've been switching back and forth! I love the CB maker, but I sometimes forget to make it and it has to sit 24 hours before you drink it which is annoying when you want coffee but forgot to make it and have to run to Starbucks, also I feel like it doesn't give me as much energy as store bought CB. I tried Chameleon CB concentrate from Target this morning and am OBSESSED!

1. Spinach is one of the best dark leafy greens you can eat and it is so versatile. I use an entire tub of spinach in my tomato pasta sauce - you can barely taste it but it is SO good for you. It's also a great way to use up any spinach which is on its way out. 2. Does anyone else think that coconut water just tastes like you boiled sweetcorn, chilled the left over water and drank it? 😜

I'm a big snaker myself and also an emotional eater or something 😂 like today i for no defined reasons got upset and extremely sad and i went and by ice-cream and 3 choclaty biscuits like mars and eat them all along with 6 small pizza slices and then i felt happy but i upset my poor stomach 😂😂😂
