Just found your channel and am so happy I did! It's made cutting back on meat much easier and cleared up a lot of fallacies floating around the internet about "healthy" eating. One thing I've been hearing recently is about the dangers of soy consumption for humans. Is this another fallacy or are there some actual risks here?

I’ve been plant based for a little over a year and a half and I’m loving it! Love your suggestions and will subscribe for sure! Question: did you season/marinated the tofu for the salad or was it just plain like out of the package? I’ve never tried it raw but it sort of gives the feta cheese vibes in that salad ;)

peanut butter would give the dressing a very distinct flavor- so only if you like it. If you don't want to use tahini, you can use mustard, or natural yogurt, or avocado- any of these will give your dressing a nice creamy consistency when blended well.
