A tip for the omelette when you can't use the oven: just place another frying pan over the top and turn the heat down a lil bit, cooks it perfectly and no need to flip!

tip for your eggs. low gas heat and a lid on top makes it cook more evenly. also easier to flip later if you want to have colour a crust both sides.

The dinner looked freaking amazing! But did Mark just say only to cook the sweet potatoes for 10-15 minutes in the oven? I've experienced before that it takes a damn long time for sweet potatoes to soften up in the oven - My mom make them in the microwave which takes only 15 minutes or so. Looks so delicious though, need to try that one out! - Love these videos. // lots of love from Copenhagen

Hi Anna! I noticed that you only had breakfast after your workout. Does that mean you don't eat anything before? I've been working out in the morning before work, but I've been struggling with what to eat before gym! If I don't eat anything, I feel like fainting; if I eat too much, I feel sick! Any suggestions?
@schrumpelblume8 жыл бұрын
Have you tried a banana and maybe a handful of nuts? Gives you a quick energy boost.
@SofiaMartinho8 жыл бұрын
schrumpelblume I haven't, but I will! Thanks for the tip :)
@SelmaAganagicGabelaMB8 жыл бұрын
Overnight oats would be a wonderful pre-workout breakfast as they are slow-releasing carbs which means that they will keep you feeling full for longer. BananaS and nuts are also amazing. If you can tolerate, one egg is also a great option. Good luck Sofia! :)
@bbbproductions70598 жыл бұрын
I would recommend a fruit and veg smoothie and you could add oats to eat.

I love you and your videos Anna, but I remember you saying that you studied psychology and I'm wondering what your view on these types of videos in relation to eating disorders is? It worries me when people put such specifics up about what they eat alongside a picture of how they look, especially since the meals are for a "good day". I would hate for someone to take these types of videos too literally if you know what I mean. Tbh I think you do some of the "safest" of this type of video, compared to many youtubers, and I'm wondering if that is because you are aware of the danger behind this kind of thing? Would love to hear your thoughts. The food looks great btw! xoxo
@bonbonzz8 жыл бұрын
CapturingBelle you make a good point, in my opinion maybe putting more of these healthy and realistic videos is a good thing? Show that this is what is good for you, not a diet of only celery sticks or whatever, and maybe it can even help someone with an eating disorder.
@CapturingBelle8 жыл бұрын
you may well be right! The way I see to avoid any negative outcomes would be to not upload full days, but instead upload healthy options just for lunch, or dinner etc at one time so that the rest of the food eaten outside of that meal for the day is known. This way, people may not feel as restricted as knowing absolutely everything someone has eaten in a day. I dont know if that makes any sense haha!
@jenthebubble19148 жыл бұрын
Mushroom omelette. My fav when I feel poorly. Don't like it mushy at all. Can't do with runny eggs. Bleurgh!!! I love the raw fruit/ seed bars and yoghurt covered strawberry bits out of Aldi. My attempt to wean myself off quality street after xmas... no more toffee pennies for me. Sob!

I'm sorry but it is NOT unnecessary. Eating local and seasonal food isn't that hard... just change the strawberrys for oranges or something. Like I said: I'm not a hater or someone who's complaining a lot, but our earth gonna thank you for that little change ❤ Hope you are having a great day!

OMG, that strawberry at the beginning... don"t just cut off the strawberrie's stem, pull it off and don't waste the fruit please, watching you throw out big chunk of that strawberry made me cringe
