Hello Madam, can the jeera rice rice and channa be substituted for the dinner meal plan that you have posted for PCOS and thyroid for one or two days? Also the Pink himalayan salt that you use for all the recipes is not an iodized salt right? So isnt Iodine needed for Thyroid and if yes, how does the body get the dosage of iodine if this pink himalayan salt is being used?

Rice at dinner time is a bad idea it will increase weight rapidly. It should be taken in the lunch time.

because they are boiled potatoes as long as they are not sauted in oil or fried in oil...they are okay!!

with the remaining "whey" water you can knead roti, it does have a strong smell which most people dont like. But you can add in smoothies or fruit shakes the fruit will overpower the smell. BTW use full fat milk to make paneer else you will only get very little paneer. hope this helps you :)

I used good quality basmati rice, it has many good benefits. You can also use single polished white rice, brown rice.

you can omit palak if you do not like. The reason why I include smoothie is because that is the best way of including flaxseeds and chia seeds in your diet.
