ここのお店確か十年前ぐらいにオープンされたと思うのですがこんな田んぼだらけで会社は多少ありますがこんなところで流行るのかなと思ってましたがいつもお客さんが多いですよね。他のマルバンには行った事がありますがこちらには行った事がないのでいつか食べに行きたいです

Wow, such an enjoyable video. I didn’t notice that it was almost 50 minutes long! From the preparation to cooking and serving I admire this restaurant! The owner is very talented and works really methodical, his team is very efficient! They have a great team dynamic that make them running this restaurant like a well oiled machine. I’m glad they have a lot of customers who obviously enjoy their food. Would love to visit this place though this is not in your usual places for tourists to visit. 色んなチャンネルのうどん蕎麦店舗の仕込みとか見てきましたが、この店舗はスゴイと思います 仕込みは無言で淡々と行い、厨房や機材もとても清潔なのが見て取れます 営業が始まったらマスク・帽子・ハチマキ等徹底してる様がわかります 仕込みも丁寧で余す事無く使っているし、実際に食べてなくてもおいしいだろうと思いました ただ一つ残念なのは、近所ではないという事ですかね・・・岡山に行くことがあればぜひ立ち寄りたいです

Great food going out the window. Every time I see a dedicated gyoza cooker, it blows my mind. If we only had a few here in the US , we would be totally good. Love gyoza and wish we had more places that knocked this specialty out. It also helps, when cooks know how this should be cooked and finished. Great video of a great ramen eatery.
