Aslamo alikum , mera weight 94 kg tha mainy 14 kg weight lose kiya hy maine bohat sari weight lose vedio dehki pir mainy egg diet shuru ki 5 to 7 kgose kiya pir stuck ho gaia tha dobara mainy search kena shuru ki tou pir mainy 1 week rest ki no diet normal eating not overeating then start diet and i see the result lose 3 to 5 kg again 2 week diet and 1 week break will help u lose weight with 30 mins execrise 😘 wish u good luck everyone i hope this will help u From Hong Kong.

1. Set realistic goals 2. Don't go on fat free diet 3. Don't follow crash diet 4. Don't check your weight daily (don't stress) 5. Don't follow liquid diet 6. Doing excessive exercise or not doing exercises.
