The nice thing about props in general & blocks specifically: they meet us where we are & give us that comforting feedback. They are the metaphorical companions that make the journey rejuvenating.

Also, soreness the next day(s) after. Working some muscles that might not normally get worked can make you feel a little sore. But over time you'll get stronger!

You came like a angel in my life, as few months back ,i only thought of doing yoga and was in search of good yoga teacher and then i found you and that was a great thing happened in my life as you used to give us challenge on a daily basis , which really helps a lot . Thankyou 😊 And also NAMASTE from India🇮🇳. This is so wonderful, but my knee pains in many poses like high lunge , standing splits and many more which makes it difficult to do ,so please suggest me something for that 🥹❤️

My first yoga class happened for four days then I paused for couple of months before going back to do yoga daily, it was so challenging and at that time I had no idea it would be that hard to continued so I took some time off of yoga. During my first ever class of yoga I noticed that after class I got very upset and I have no idea why guess my body just adjusting to yoga mode now I've been doing yoga for 3 months yeayy🎉🎉🎉 so proud of myself

There is no such thing as beginner yoga. If you have never done yoga it ALL hurts and it ALL feels difficult but it does get better so stick with it.

Honestly, I have NEVER had time to grab a prop before the class has moved on and if I did, I end up tripping over it in the next few seconds. The classes are too fast to even consider props.
