I keep performing one compulsion to another, washing my hands and still feels it's not clean. And some other compulsion that does not make sense, then the mental illuminations. Please what do I do to stop them.

Breakthrough- behaviors are looking for love and attention from abuse as a child. I’ve been doing many of these steps from focusing on your program last year for months. Dennis, you’re an angel

Great video, fantastic counter questions. My family members and I have all done your inner circle program and we find it so valuable and easy to follow. Whenever we hear someone has anxiety we hope they take our advice to look up your content. Thankful and grateful, Beck

I've seen similar questions like this before. However I like the way these questions are worded better and love how you detail every question.

So true about the preservation of reputation or ego That point really resonated with me Thank you

Amazing!!! Thankyou Dennis for the way you open our ***minds*** to serve us and to heal! I loved: ☆Not attaching ourself to the label, this takes a load off our shoulders! ☆Being aware of 'fortune telling' over generalising!! ☆How letting go of the ego(especially as someone who wants to achieve a certain standard in their work) reduces anxiety and opens up greater potential! So glad I saw this today. Such crucial points! It’s so hard to not let the body control the mind and emotions. I’m working every day to change that. I realize I spend every day reacting to any symptoms I am feeling. Many days there are multiple chronic pains and symptoms. These questions will be with me every day. Thank you Dennis!❤️.

@@TheAnxietyGuy1 😀. Out of all the people I follow for guidance (Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton) and all the books I’ve read (The Great Pain Deception, Dr. Sarno...), you’re the best source of them all! Abd by the way, all of your teachings and guidance are interconnected. Anxiety, TMS, mind body syndromes, they all have the same root.

Hi Dennis, great video. I'm going through a day like that today I have pins and needles in my tongue I know I am anxious when that happens but mine is mainly health anxiety thinking of what if I get this in the future etc

I go through the same, my anxiety stems from health anxiety. I had to get to the root of it by getting real with myself. If I may suggest, first keep watching Dennis! Second, take time to ask yourself why you have health anxiety; for me it was the fear of not being able to work if I did indeed get sick and I would lose everything because my savings is low. When you find the root, you are able to stop shutting down the negative voice that tells you are not well. Third, repeat to yourself, this is a lie ( go see your doctor or find a doctor to be sure you are okay this will give you peace of mind). It’s going to be okay. If I can squash anxiety as much as I have, anyone can. There was never anything wrong with me my anxiety lied to me and told me there was and when it knocks on the door I laugh in it’s face , say it’s a lie and watch the Anxiety guy videos for reassurance and I’m on my way to a better day in minutes.

This was extremely helpful. You should definitely do an interview with Joe Dispenza on the topic of becoming someone new. You guys would be great together!!

Good questions. Not sure what is meant by conscious awareness. Mindfulness?
@TheAnxietyGuy13 жыл бұрын
I personally interpret conscious awareness as awareness driven by a desire to change something. Mindfulness on the other hand would be awareness without a response, but rather appreciation.

I'm having a horrible dpdr episode. Like... I feel I can't cope with it this time. I'm trying to calm down, but the sensations are too strong. Normally I listen to some videos from you, but I don't know why, this time is not working and my panik keeps mounting 😭 and so, these feelings of non-existence/ireality are getting absolutely unbearable. Because I cannot get my ideas together since the disconnection is so strong, I cannot concentrate on them and ground myself. It's that problem of I'm seeing/hearing, but not "understanding" although I am...

try to slow down your breath, and just breathe in, but breathe out slower than your inhale!
