I come across yourself (Bob) a few weeks ago on youtube after speaking with a pastor on the street of Scotland who suggested that I watch you on KZbin, after telling him that I have recently started seeking christ, and finally made the decision to sit alone and begin reading the bible. After two months of first reading the bible, I can now say that I now read in my free time between 1-2 hours a day, and fall asleep to audio bible every night. I am currently going back and forth to reading psalms, Romans, Matthew, luke, and john, which I am really enjoying. I have also since stopped smoking, began exercising, and also eating a very strict healthy diet. I am now a lot happier, and feel myself becoming a better man. Thankyou for your videos, and please do not stop. I hope we cross paths one day so I can thankyou. God bless you. 👍

Praise God. Get yourself “the Spiritual Man” by Watchman Nee and the Organic Gospel by Gary Price also bro and begin watching/listening some of Omega Ministries sermons. OmegaMinistries.org -> biblestudy -> search for Man Up 2017. These will certainly get you ramped up in the Truth and allow you to walk in the spirit.

Two of my favourites... This is how you have a difference of opinion but still can treat each other with respect.. Nex Combo I watch many debates and honestly see the vast majority of Muslims get quite aggressive and end up just talking over or unable debate in a civilised way.. Which is a shame because it does nothing for their image.. Or the message they are trying to get across
@nightonthetiles6923
@nightonthetiles6923 6 жыл бұрын
Nex Combo yes I have but usually because they are refusing to be bullied by the mob.. Or refuse to be deflected from the point they are on... I've no invested interest in religion myself as an atheist but am still open minded enough to listen to the opinions of others who do have belief... I think the only way to get along is to be able to have a civilised discussion and be able to take critical analysis on board and agree to disagree without getting so triggered.. That doesn't help anyone.. I have met many Muslims who in a one to one conversation are very pleasant and willing to talk openly and accept my scepticism about religion.. And I often find what they say very informative and interesting even if I don't agree.. But sc you can see the mob mentality come to the fore which is not a good thing... Peace Bro

I think Bob failed a bit here when Sa Ra was kept going back to Moses. That is a legit point. Moses was taught all the wisdom... but God was REVEALED to him and gave Moses TRUE knowledge.

Coptic Christianity has had a massive influence on European Christianity, far greater than most people today realise. Firstly, Coptic Christianity invented the anchorites and the first monastic communities. They established the first monasteries in Ireland in the 4th century and kept a connection with Ireland until at least the 8th century. The fervour of the Irish monastic movement was down to that early Coptic/Egyptian influence. Irish monks, as a result, re-vitalised Christianity in Scotland and then England, and Britain had a very strong Celtic flavour until the Synod of Whitby in the 660s when it became Romanised. Irish monks spread all over Europe and brought learning and faith to lands which had gone dim since the Dark Ages had begun, and none of this would have been possible without the Coptic influence. So, the Coptic influence was huge. We could also point to the immense influence of the theology of the early Desert Fathers. St Anthony the hermit's influence on Western Christianity is almost as big as St Augustine's. Alexandria stands out as a bastion of Christian learning. Western monasticism as set out by the rule of St Benedict, which literally colonised the pagan lands like a leaven in the dough, was based on an earlier rule of an Egyptian monk. Likewise, St Columbanus' rule was based on an earlier Coptic rule.

48:15 Bob said that "Christ can be represented according to the people that Christ is saving". But, in Exodus 20:4 it states that "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image". This means it is unacceptable to falsely representing the messiah. Also, he is breaking the commandment. Scripture clearly describes the Messiah, Yeshua and the heavenly Father to be of burnished broke color with wooly hair. Daniel describes the ancient of days (the Creator Father) - Daniel 7:9. Daniel describes the Messiah - Daniel 10:6. John of Revelation describes the Messiah - Revelation 1:14-15.

Aside from the profanity at the end (uttered by Sa Ra), this was a cracking debate, and, is a great example of a civilized discussion between two individuals with completely opposing views. Great stuff- and, let's hope there's a part 2. Thanks for uploading.

Once I became reborn in Christ, I started to attend church that Sa Ra would claim to purport "Modern Christianity". However, it was only watching these videos with Sa Ra and Kalam I ever heard about the Curse of Ham being used. Goes to show you that "Modern Christianity" does not ever speak to anything involving a curse on black people. SDA did you wrong, man. Most intelligent people do not believe Jesus was white. But, the fact of the matter is, it DOESN'T matter about skin color. Even if Jesus is portrayed as white in African countries, who cares? Jesus is the savior of the world. He's for all people. I couldn't see how that would negatively affect anyone. I think it's based on the qualitative assessment based on a handful of individuals. There's no statistics to specifically state the psychological effects of white Jesus in African countries. It's hearsay. He saves all people, regardless of race. How does that hold you back if you accept it? And even still, I don't mind people portraying Jesus in their likeness around the world. It doesn't change anything about him.

I know this is an older video, but SaRa mentioned Ethiopian Christians and Coptics (as did Bob), who were in the Bible and accepted Jesus from Philip the decipel. Orthodox Christianity was practiced in Ethiopia long before any of the slavery, I believe around 300 AD. But why he disregarded this and jumped to blame Christianity is disappointing. He went on to speak about psychology instead and insisted on 'africanism'. He says they practice different Christianity. the practice might be different but the dogma is the same in all forms of Christianity, including Ethiopian and Coptic. Bob made an excellent point, hope SaRa gets out of 'stripping back' these valid points. Just get out of his color and find Jesus. Also the line of Cush populated black people. Ham did not receive the curse, his son Canaan did, which is a different lineage than Cush, so I don't believe black people are cursed.

That was awesome. Sara, God existed n created humanity before the black n any other race came to existence. Great discussion. It's easy for people who are not saved n are part of the church to be deceived n leave the Christian faith, like Sara. The issue of black n white Jesus doesn't exist in a converted christian/saved Christian. Some of the current form of Christianity compared to church history, such representation never existed, those having race Jesus are heretics n not Christians. The bible doesn't at all show that. Sara reconsider your bias of Christian faith.

jxcess3891 Really.....? Because......[Refer below] Source: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marriageable_age ".....Historically, the age of consent for a sexual union was determined by tribal custom, or was a matter for families to decide. *In most cases, this coincided with signs of puberty: such as menstruation for a girl and pubic hair for a boy* .[1]" Source: kidshealth.org/en/kids/menstruation.html ".... *A girl's first period, called menarche* (say: MEH-nar-kee), *signals that she is growing up and her body is preparing so that she might have a baby someday* . A period is the 2 to 7 days that a girl or woman experiences menstrual flow - blood and tissue that leaves the body through the vagina. When Periods Start Most girls start to menstruate between ages 10 and 15 years. *The average age is 12, but every girl's body has its own schedule* . Although there's no one right age for a girl to get her period, there are some clues that menstruation will start soon. Typically, a girl gets her period about 2 years after her breasts start to develop. Another sign is vaginal discharge fluid (sort of like mucus) that a girl might see or feel on her underwear. This discharge usually begins about 6 months to a year before a girl gets her first period." 4. Source: www.theguardian.com/society/2018/jan/21/adulthood-extended-adolescence-when-will-we-grow-uo "....In medieval times, childhood ended at the age of seven, with the arrival of a supposed understanding of right from wrong. Childhood and adolescence have constantly been refashioned. Last week it received its latest round of remodelling." 5. Source: www.quora.com/During-the-Middle-Ages-did-men-and-women-get-married-to-each-other-when-they-were-teenagers 1. ".....The concept of 'teenagers' is a modern one. For most of history, once a man grew a beard, or once a woman started menstruating, they were considered adults and expected to take on adult roles and responsibilities. The idea of setting an age of consent for marriage and/or sex later than puberty was a 19th century one, caused by concern about child prostitution. Britain imposed a minimum age of 16 in 1885; most other Western countries followed suit (though with various different ages) over the following decades. On the other hand, one of the consequences of poor nutrition is often to delay puberty, so the age at which this happened would generally be later than it is in our own society, especially for the poorer peasants. Also, girls generally reach puberty earlier than boys, so likewise they'd normally become adults (and be expected to get married) earlier than their male contemporaries." 2. "......In the Middle Ages there was no concept of adolescence or even of childhood in the modern sense: for example, there were no special clothes or stories for children.* Children dressed like adults and heard/read the same stories as adults and if they broke the law, they were often subject to the same penalties as adults till c. 1820-30. Childhood (very roughly ages 7/8 to about 14) as a concept didn’t arise in Europe till the second half of the 18th century (c. 1760-70 onwards) - and then at first only among the middle classes. Adolescence as a concept didn’t arise till c. 1890 or so, and again initially only among the middle classes. In the Middle Ages the key distinction was between age of dependence and age of independence/maturity. So, up to about age 12 for girls and a little later for boys, children were dependent, but after that they were treated to a large extent as adults. Only a few things had to wait till later, like the minimum age for inheritance, owning real estate and voting (in countries where there were elections), which was usually 21 or thereabouts. (Bear in mind, though, that the average age of menarche - first period for girls - has fluctuated quite a bit in Europe and seems to have been unusually high in Victorian times). So, in medieval times, it was possible to marry much earlier than would be acceptable or lawful nowadays. Note that even in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, marriage at 14-18 for girls was quite common in Europe. *See Philippe Ariès, Centuries of Childhood....." 3. ".......In wealthy and noble families marriage was more of a business transaction than the love matches we are used to today. Girls born into noble families were assets to aquire status and form political alliances. It wasn't unheard of for children to marry and then live apart until they were considered old enough to be put to bed together. Being of a similar age was more of a bonus than a necessity, so age gaps of ten years or more were not uncommon. For example, in the 12th century Matilda, daughter of Henry I of England was sent to marry Henry V (later Holy Roman Emperor) when she was only 8 or 9 years old and he was 24. After the death of her first husband, she went on to marry the 13 year old Geoffrey of Anjou when she was 25. Richard II married the six year old Isabella of France in the late 14th century. My historical interest is very Euro-centric, so other people may be able to provide a more balanced answer......" 4. "......It wasn't unheard of. A good rule of thumb is that the age of consent was about 14 for boys, 12 for girls. Thing is, kids could be betrothed even younger than that - but they wouldn't walk down the aisle until they were legally of age. Even then, that's not necessarily the whole story: sex was out of the question until both parties reached puberty and, under canon law, the marriage wasn't actually valid until it was consummated. In practice though, it was probably more common for both parties to be at least 14 or so, typically older. A lot depended on social class. The richer you were, the more likely it would be that you would be married for political reasons. Commoners, it's tougher to say, but, as others have pointed out, men probably wouldn't get married until they could support a family..." None of them claimed all those marriages to be "pedophile" based.

Terr Di aisha was a prepubescent girl. Sahih Bukhari 8:73:151 Narrated 'Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Apostle used to enter they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for 'Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13) Stop lying. Just because others were pedophile in that time, it doesn't mean muhummud should join them too. And you are clearly a pervert who thinks it's ok to have sex with 9 year olds. Disgusting.
