Thanks John for bringing these stories to the country so we can see what these folks are dealing with. When ever you have a catastrophe there will always be changes in how you rebuild. In some of areas new roads will have to be built on private property . The land and homeowners need to be fairly compensated . Also structures need to be rebuilt in safer locations . It can be a long and frustrating process . I’ve seen it happen in other hurricane disasters.
