Most males my height (5’10), can safely go down to 125 lbs and still be healthy. We have a very skewed way of understanding what healthy weight and body composition in this country is. The cold hard facts really are that most who consider themselves “normal” in the USA could easily lose 50 lbs and be just fine.

Calum really nailed the performance. What's amazing is that he spent months trying to bring himself to Arnold's peak shape for this movie. It works when it's just him. But if you compare Calum's physique for this movie and Arnold's actual peak physique, it isn't even close. Arnold was just an alien among earthlings.

Although this movie was WAY off base with the facts (they had Bob Hoffman coaching Sergio, which he never did), Calum was good as Arnold, and the guy playing Frank Zane here has just about Frank's same voice and overall look. Sergio, Jr. did look a lot like Sergio (go figure), and they had a guy who was built like Bill Pearl, but a lot of the movie was not what actually happened.
