Just doing Intermittent fasting and I am planning on starting ACV. Just by cutting soda and chocolate completely, and cutting my carbs consumption by 50%, I lost 9 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Started at 267 lbs and I am now at 258 lbs. My first target is to reach 250 lbs in by 7-8th of June. For 6 days now, I also started exercising regularly. I used to never be able to consecutively reach 10k steps a day, now I do 20k steps a day regularly for a month now. I'm going step by step. I used to not sleep regularly with an avg of only 3-4 hours of sleep a night. Now I managed to increase that to 6-7 hours a night. I planned an exercise routine. My first goal is to be able to run around a football field 10 times in 30 minutes. Right now, I can only do 3 consecutive laps non-stop. But considering the fact that I would be out of breath when I went up the stairs, I think even reaching 3 laps non-stop is great :D My friend's wedding is at the end of July, and I would love to go to that wedding being confident under my skin and as I workout and I start seeing my progress, I am feeling more and more confident everyday. Note: I just arrived from the gym, worked out my shoulders and did 35 minutes on the treadmill (50/50 walk/jog). I will update you all on the effects of ACV every week on me. Update: It's been 1 year since I have started intermittent fasting. Although I got off track, in the first 6 months, I was indeed able to lose weight. I went down as low as 215 lbs. I started having health issues unrelated to my weight loss, that necessitated a surgery. I am in the process of recovering and have to be more careful than ever. In this process, I gained a little more weight, but am still in the negative compared to last year.

That's great. I lost just under 20 pounds since March (about 4 weeks). I'm not at all happy with the pace I'm going at as my goal was 30 lbs in 4 weeks. When I got out of the army, I could (nearly😂) fit into my favorite t-shirt & khakis, (my relaxing clothes. I don't expect others to understand but just leave my relaxing clothes alone.) But I gained weight so fast, despite putting in a 16-hour work day on the ranch. I've reclaimed 10 acres, built our 5-bedroom home, 15 stables, a barn, not to mention fencing off the 10-acres plus another 5 acres of pasture. I don't get it. But since I started OMAD I've lost 20lbs so I guess I'm on a steady path to reaching my goal of about 50lbs by end of summer.

After consuming lemon water consisting of the juice from one lemon and about 3/4 liter of water (once in the morning, and another sometime during the day or evening), I was able to stop taking the medicine , and have had absolutely no gout attacks for more than a year now. Keto and intermittent fasting is the first major change of diet I have ever undertaken. I was not overweight when I started, in fact most would consider me underweight. I happened to watch a basic keto video by Dr Berg over my husbands shoulder. He had heard about it from a friend. I watched the video all the way through and then watched a couple more and that was it. Decision made to do a diet that would help my body run at its optimum. Actually my problem that I’d been wanting to overcome was frequent tiredness and low energy. This way of eating feels amazing. I have put on muscle and so am a healthier weight and figure. I have energy from morning until late at night. I love that I don’t waste hours and days being less active than I want. I also love that I can start into the day without having to eat first thing and then again a couple hours later. So the upshot is - more energy, time and overall health. Thankyou Dr Berg. I cannot say enough good about your helpfulness. Being able to know the latest and best data about a body’s needs and wants is priceless!

I believe that this video answers my question relating to tiredness and low blood pressure like symptoms. I will try to add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt - which too comes only from my country, and see if theres a difference. Hello Dr. Berg ! So, I am in a dilemma now. I was 103 kg 2 months ago. So I initially started with calorie restriction. That worked till I lost 4 kg and got stuck at 99 kg for a month. Then I started a strict keto diet and in last 9 days, I lost another 3 kg and I am feeling much much better than anytime before. I got noticeable belly fat reduction and I am not that hungry anymore. I feel satiated after my meals. It is just another level of satisfaction. I can totally understand how it is working and I want to keep on following it till I reach at least 85-90 Kg. But now the problem is, I got high uric acid level (8.2). As you have said that ketogenic diet will increase the uric acid, what can I do now? does consumption of 2-3 table spoon of ACV help me? I am also taking Febuxostat 40 mg a day. I am happy to take others' advice as well :)

Water 12oz, lemon, ACV and Redmond's sea salt and 2 potassium tabs followed by magnesium carbonate water every morning before going out to feed the sheep, chickens and trout and doing 120 push-ups followed by a cold shower from the hose. That's how I start every morning now. Doing amazing. Then I do 20 minutes of EWOT every other morning. Icing on the cake. Also finally at one meal per day. Getting noticeably younger every day. Btw I am 71. Adding chin-ups next. Thanks Doc.

I like to mix the brags with organic honey. Lately I have thrown a couple organic garlics in there and I love the taste. Tastes amazing as the garlic kinda ferments in there. I also add some organic lemon juice and that just makes an amazing drink. I usually put it in the honey squeeze bottles that the honey comes in and do a couple squirts in the morning and before meals. Works great!

I have a great respect for Dr. Berg. I also add a pinch of Organic Cheyenne pepper.(Which is a blood thinner and if you have a bleed, it will seal it) When it comes to salt, I add (just a tad) of Celtic salt on the tip of my tongue for ever glass of water that I drink. Celtic salt has ALL of the trace minerals, not just a few. Of course when we want to add anything we must talk with our Dr. to see if any of this would interfere with our particular health concerns.

I am on the other end of the spectrum. I weight 212, but am an avid cyclist. Doing a lot of racing. So weight is important to me, but not to get down to 150. A few years ago I got down to 192, which is where I would like to be. I ran across this and thought it would help me reach that goal again. My diet is pretty regimented, but it is higher in carbs because of all the work outs. I am comfortable with my weight now, but would love to be 195 and more effective on the bike. My success story goes beyond that, in 2013 I weight over 400 pounds.

Since I started following your channel my health and fitness level raised greatly.. I have always been tired, hard to focus at times, bad belly, a sense of fog that has never left me. It's worth mentioning that I am 37 and been working out for 20 years back and forth. So working out and meal science has always been a part of my life. Since I started doing research a few years ago about intermitting fasting and started implementing it as a (mostly) daily routine, the warrior diet, plus the apple cider vinegar, I have never felt better. I am still tired at times but that has to do with bad chronic sleep.. But how my body feels and looks, my muscles vs fat, and the strength I have evolved way better than in my 20s, the clarity in mind and soul, I am just mind blown. I grew up and live in Sweden and doctors here never ever were even close to help me. Their answer: here take these pills. Which I never did. You though, with your few mins videos changed my life. I have never taken the time to reach out to you to thank you. I hope this reaches you doc. Thanks for making my life easier and apparently so many others. Can't thank you enough. Blessings and good health to you and those you love. ps do you have Swedish heritage? The surname Berg is common here and means Mountain. Thanks Dr Mountain

Anyone from Britain should use Willy's apple cider vinegar. The best I've ever used, and the only one where I actually noticed a difference. I used to use Braggs, but nothing, I used Aspall's, again nothing, but with Willy's my gut settled down and I feel so much more energized. The Problem with Bragg's I learned, is that when exported, the American authorities irradiate it. Basically like putting it in a microwave for a few seconds, so that's probably why it doesn't work, the good bacteria will die. Plus, Willy's use a dark brown glass bottle, to further protect the bacteria, no plastic junk which the ACV will leech and you'll consume.

That's inaccurate. Google research conducted on black people verses White people with high blood pressure and diabetes. The study shows our bodies don't process sugar and salts the way they do. Which is why they can eat the same foods and have no affect on them but dire consequences for us. You must be aware of how God created your body and what foods he told us to eat. We must align our selves with our creators words. Only then can we be healed and not affected.
