Lost my nana to cancer around 10 months ago, while the pain still hasn’t healed fully. If you have ever taken mushrooms, it has helped me cry and release more emotions harder then I ever have before. It also is helping me forgive myself for the regrets I have. It’s a slow process though.. I hope you find comfort.

A strong man is couragious and stays connected to his sensitivity, to feeling himself. Being cut off from that leads to so many problems. I have been depressed and heavily addicted to all kinds of shit and not able to be in a close relationship. Until I started to reclaim my sensitivity and starting a process of feeling through my past hurt. Strong man (and women) often think they should repress their emotions and need to do everything alone. For me it was and is an elemental key to let go of my ego and allow outside help. In order to really feel and process our deep pain, we need someone who nonjudgmental holds space for us without giving advice so that we can process our deep pain. Together with my friends we created a free telegram group for that purpose. We are there for each other just holding space for each other so that collectively we can heal and create a new culture of support, healing and respect. This Mutual support is truly transformative, healing and liberating! Thank you wim and thanks to everyone who ever held space for me. Brothers and sisters. Lets do this together. We got this.

Hey Wim, I was wondering if your method has helped people with eczema. If not do you think your method could help for this?
@WhySoWeasel2 жыл бұрын
Eczema( atopic dermatis) means inflammation of the skin. - It is caused by a combination of immune system activation (allergens), genetics (dna), environmental triggers (weather, smoking) and stress (triggers external/internal). The wim hoff technique has shown to provide anti inflamatory relieve, as well as reduce stress levels due to the breath and cold water practice (research based, he has shown to reduce inflamation in study-group by breathwork when the participants were injected with a ecoli bacteria) I myself have asmatic bronchitis since birth (an inflammation and and tightening of the lungs) and severe allergies (hayfever, daily red eyes). I've been doing WHM consequently (important, otherwise it doesnt work) by taking 2 cold showers and 1 breathwork exercise everyday (for 1 month now). Last week I visited a lungspecialist and allergy specialist, the specialists saw a massive increase in lung capacity and a big allergy reduction. I still use daily medication such as inhaler and antihistamine but now in combination with WHM. I can positively say that it has massively improved health. At this current moment its pollen season, and my skin allergy test concluded I am allergic to all pollen. However my allergy control is much better since doing whm consequently aswell as taking in the medicine consequently. (ps. I would always take antihistamine in pollen season, but i would still have reactions. I barely have reactions this season, since starting whm). I would argue that the eczema problems just like my asthma & allergy problem (all which are inflamatory) can be reduced by doing the wim hof method consequently. Sorry for the long essay, hope this answers your question😊
