The covid situation is nothing more than really bloody annoying, I too contacted it then passed it on to my wife and she in turn passed it on to my mum. The worst thing for me was 5 weeks of unbelievable headaches and wow the brain 🧠 fog was horrible to say the very least. Almost 7 bloody months later I'm now fighting fit so I know EXACTLY where you're coming from!!! That said it's good to see and hear that you're back and doing well. Looking forward to seeing 👀 what comes next with the video's and your channel!. As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.

Thanks for the update, congrats on the baby. I can relate to the long-haul Covid stuff too, your description of the symptoms are what I have: difficulty breathing (I had the original one that was really bad! Took 7 months to recover) and the concentration and just lapses of remembering what I was doing, some call it senior moments... YIKES! But I can tell you assuredly, it slowly gets better. Do you have the possibility to just reduce your main job to something like 50% or so? That could enable you to push out more vids and have a solid income. I have felt videos decline when they are made for income in other channels, love your vids and would hate for that to happen. All the best for your family, I hope you will all be healthy and happy!

I fully understand the concentration issues from Covid, got it back in November 2020, and while I have always had concetrations issue, OMG the being able to get my brain to get into "work mode" is way way harder and easy to pop out of, and as a programmer, it really sucks. Hopefully for all of us it will eventyally linger off. Love your videos and glad you are doing better, and congrats on the upcoming addition!

I never did. I reconsidered the design and thought that using a torsion spring combined with a pulley system (much like a garage door) could be a great solution. Sadly, I never got around to building it.
