There are many ways to prepare Chocolate Ganache, but this is one of our favorites. It takes an additional step to whip it after it cools down, but the result is fantastic. We also love to add a bit of Maldon sea salt, which elevates the taste even more. This particular ganache we used to assemble the French Macarons for our first online pastry class.
