The old Polish proverb says, "The best goose for St. Martin's" - that is, for November 11th. Did you know that on St. Martin's Day, not only are St. Martin's Croissants prepared, but also traditional goose is baked? Goose can also be enjoyed on other holidays, such as Easter or Christmas Eve. It has also been a traditional dish served on New Year's Eve for many years. It's worth introducing it into your daily menu as well. And how to bake such a large goose in the oven without a rotisserie? Goose meat is one of the healthiest and most delicious meats I know. So, let's see how to prepare it for baking to make it juicy and tender inside, with a crispy, not burnt skin on the outside ;-)
