It’s an exception, not a rule. An inspection of the video shows that he overextended himself and had already seemed quite stressed out. He was likely venting his stress out in the form of exercise. I think all of us in India should exercise and eat fewer carbohydrates, because we are born with bad genetics (worst worldwide in terms of insulin resistance and smallest arteries). Please don’t use this rare example of exercise to justify not exercising both muscular and cardiovascular health.
