Very helpful video doctor. Thanks for making such a detailed video covering so many aspects of exercises. I am 38, I started with gym 2 months ago. Have Vit D and B12 deficiency, I’m taking supplements tablets. Learned a lot from watching your videos and practically observing/applying in my body on whatever you are teaching us, like hypertrophy, progressive overloading.

We don't need any training, we need natural movement, nutrition is the main factor for heart health. U can even see the doctors roundtable in behindhoods hosted by gopinath where multiple doc from diff fields participated including him and the one who is 80 years old, cardiac health related doctor which he said the exercise we do is a stress for our body and heart, the main factor is nutrition and happiness. U don't have calmness and happiness in the process of any workout, we need natural movement which doesn't stresses our body and heart..

Am a cardiologist and completely agree . HCM ( Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) is a common condition 1 in 500 and is the major risk for arrhythmias. ECG TMT Echo will rule out majority of cardiac disease. ( provided the person is not a smoker as the risk of heart attack is high in smokers irrespective of the age )

Thank you 🙏🏽. Your concurrence means a lot . I always ask my patients to get a safe working heart rate from the cardiologist and only then prescribe exercise.

my ECG, TMT, Echo everything is perfect, but LDL is 125 to 150 range past 8 years? how about it? BP and sugar normal height 175cms , currently 76kg (went from 72 to 76 in 3months and maintaining 76 for 5months :D) I am 10km runner and i take 55mins, but im not very consistent though in exercise and diet. heart rate for 10k will be 170+ range 1 year was playing badminton, weekly 4days, heart rate 130 - 160 Due to ONLY cardio, felt lost lot of muscles along with fat. now doing strength training 4-5days/week since Nov.. currently, switching to protein rich + less carb + no maida + no white sugar diet... protein alone not able to reach and scared of whey protein, trying to stay natural with broiler chicken :D Tried homeo for reducing LDL didnt worked out Allopathy suggested statin , got scared so didnt went for it.. Another allopathy, after seeing ECHO is normal suggested to have good life style and didnt recommended statins Tried Ayurveda, reduced 8% of LDL.. but went into bad lifestyle went on 5kg up and didnt verify the cholestrol levels yet 34year now.. and identified higher LDL, lower HDL levels when i was 26 during my yearly checkup

From experience and layman terms - stop weight lifting after 45. All the mutton, ghee, oil and parotta, vadai and bhajj since childhood deposited fat on your arteries. What level of activity can inflame it and cause blood clots in the question. I had a massive one at 49 at gym. Went to close by ER on my own and survived.

Do more zone 2 cardio, around 150 min per week, and once a week do 4 intervals of Zone 5 cardio to increase VO2 max. The heart needs as much training as strength training. Test for cholesterol every 3 months, make sure HDL/LDL ratio is optimal. Limit saturated fats to 25g if going over 2000cal per day.

Dr sir the most important issue is the pre workout drinks many take these days leading to such incidents.These drinks are spiked with high caffeine and nitric oxide that can cause an irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, or heart palpitations and also nervous system issues like seizures.

As we send in our heartfelt condolences to Mr. Mahtir's family let us also remember that lifting heavy does not equal big muscle gains. Based on the vdo of Mahtir sirs last exercise (one hand dumbell rows) we see that it is an heavy weight and there is lot of momentum to pull the weight up. Lifting heavy may satisfy our ego but does not provide any benefit perse and only works on the rebound of muscle elasticity and will eventually damage the joints also in the long run. Doing slow controlled movement on both concentric & eccentric (lifting & lowering of weight)for a muscle will provide much better results with no side effects or strain for heart & joints .

After wake up go outside and see the sun with naked eye which will set your circadian rhythm . Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks after 12pm Don’t sleep in afternoon time Do high intensity exercises Eat your dinner 2 hours prior to sleeping Avoid bluelight screens after 7pm Do meditation Read books which will eventually put you to sleep Avoid thinking about exciting things while trying to sleep as it leads to unwanted thinking Other method : This may affect your day but worth giving it a try Let’s say you fall asleep at 1 am and wake at 4 am you will feel very tired and sleepy the whole day but you should not sleep during the day and eventually you will fall asleep at 10 pm and you will have a great sleep And finally think of your school days that time these issues are never there you just go bed and sleep fine that how you do it don’t overthink just believe you are going to sleep when to go to bed

Exhaustive exercise should be prevented… Every exercise should be graded..,means It’s similar to excessive flow of water In a canal during a heavy storm.. where the canal breaks and damages the canal.. Routine should be like.. Warmup ( graded) Mild stretching Gym exercises ( graded) Warm down Relaxation… If you skip a regimn even for a week.. Do start like a beginner not to that, which you did earlier. Fitness and exercise specialist.😊
@pot873517 күн бұрын

Hello sir, can i take hot/cold Shower immediately after moderate intensity workout
@pot873517 күн бұрын
First we don't need any intensive workout, second the bath should be at normal temp which ur body asks, whats ur body comfortable with. Cold and too hot baths are stress for the body. Nutrition is the one that plays the major role not the exercise and cold showers. U need natural movement which doesn't stresses ur heart and body..
