This has naturally happened to me, exactly as he describes it. I have never intended on becoming a vegetarian and have never even called myself one; my body just started rejecting meat at some point, to the point where I just don't care for it at all now. Being non-vegetarian offers several nutritional benefits. Animal-based foods like meat, fish, and eggs are rich in high-quality protein, essential for muscle growth and repair. They are also a primary source of Vitamin B12, crucial for brain health and red blood cell production. Non-vegetarian foods, especially red meat, provide heme iron, which is more easily absorbed by the body compared to plant-based iron. Fish, particularly oily varieties like salmon, are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health. Additionally, animal proteins contain all essential amino acids, making it easier to meet dietary needs. Non-vegetarian diets offer a wide variety of flavors and textures, providing culinary diversity and energy, especially for those with high physical demands.
